This hotel is an easy walk from the Termini train station. The room was clean and comfortable. We heard a little street noise the first night but for the most part it was reasonably quiet. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. For 5 euros per person you can have a very nice breakfast delivered right to your room. It includes pastries, meat, cheese, juice, and coffee or tea. I would certainly stay here again.
I forgot my leather jacket black in the bedroom closet. How still it was early for flight time (it was 11am morning), we left our bags at reception and we went out for a walk. Upon returning to the hotel around 13:00 in the afternoon I asked to go to the bedroom to get the jacket that forgotten, but it was no longer there. The receptionist said that the only person who entered the room after we left was the maid who had cleaned the room. I had left the jacket hanging in the closet because I would take her in the hand on the flight. The receptionist said he did not know what to do and when I sent an email to the hotel the owner did not answer me. I was informed that the camera does not capture the images. There is no security in the hotel and I do not have anyone to help me!
We stayed here for one night as a family of 4. The hotel is in a central location about 5 minutes walk from termini. The room was bright, modern and very clean. There was ample space for the four of us. The hotel staff were excellent, we didn't get the name of the receptionist but she was extremely helpful advising us how to get to the sights we wanted to see and recommending some excellent restaurants. We would definitely use this hotel again.
The Target Inn in Rome was perfect for our 2 night family of four stay. We arrived very early 9.30am and our room was ready for us within the hour. Lovely big room with ample space for the four of us. Great AC which was really required as Rome is HOT. The staff are very very helpful and pleasant and we had a really lovely stay. Highly recommended.
The hotel inside is really nice, rooms are big and clean compare with the space in Rome. The staff is great, the ladies at the front desk are super nice! They help us with everything, info, restaurants, etc. Is close to restaurants and the metro or the touristic bus, the only thing you need to be careful is at night don't go to the train station that is close to the hotel. We really enjoyed our visit to Rome at Target inn and the special breakfast at the room!
Had a great stay at this hotel. Central based, good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff is really friendly and willing to help. We got fresh towels and our room was cleaned every day. Would recommend it to everyone.
Great location Clean, tidy room. Fresh towels every day. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Woken up very early every morning by noise at reception as the room we had was right next to it! Our tv didn't work we did mention this and the girl said someone would look at it - this never happened. I know your not in Rome to sit and watch tv but it's nice to have the option!
I've been coming to the Target since it opened (2009?). I feel very relaxed here, it is just as if I lived in the apartment - which is what it used to be: I just wander around the hall in my socks! WiFi is good and it is close enough to the main rail station to be useful, but far enough away from it to not get any of the low life that throngs there.
This was quite a cute hotel. The elevator to get to the hotel was quite small and rickety. The hotel itself is a number of rooms on one floor of the building. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfasts are delivered on a Tay to your room daily and consist of cold items like fruit, cereal, juice and biscuits. It wasn't the best hotel but it wasn't bad either. The main issue we had was that the shower drain was clogged.
I am a resident in Dubai and a Syrian National . I booked this hotel with good faith that my visa as a Syrian national would be accepted by the Italian go ernment but unfortunately this was not the case. I had originally booked this hotel one month prior to arrival and had not realists it was unrefundable. I immediately realised and called booking.com and they gave me the details to call the hotel as I was worried to book a non refundable rate without my visa and it was my first trip to Europe. The hotel told me that they can not help me even with weeks to arrival and they would charge me for 10 nights a commotion! They were very unhelpful and wouldn't help me at all. I decided to wait for my visa and was very excited and didn't even think my visa really would be rejected due to world problems and concerns with my country even when I live in Dubai. I called the hotel again and explained that I have all the legal documents rejecting my visa and can they help me. They were really not helpful at all and told me they can keep my money and if I ever visit Rome in the next year I can use it then! Do they not understand at all that this is not going to happen if my visa is not approved from Italian government. I could understand paying a penalty, but when I gave them so much notice and explained my situation there should be a human aspect involved. Not only am I so sad not to visit Italy but now lost all my travel money to a hotel with no morals or understanding. I wanted to advise other travellers of how I have been dealt with so they too understand consequences of booking a non refundable rate with a hotel who wot help in any way and have told me not to call them again.
