The staff of this property are wonderfully warm and helpful. Although they do not maintain a 24 hour desk, they made it clear that they were available by phone if needed. The staff offered me a glass of wine or other drink upon my arrival and each afternoon when I returned for a rest. The rooms are quite small and simple, but the location is fantastic. Simple breakfast items are left in the room and other snacks and drinks are in a mini fridge and are included in the price. Taxi stand is within 100 feet.

Our schedule was off kilter from the start of our stay in Rome! The only constant and thing we could count on was the Sun suite Pantheon!!!! Every time we had an issue they helped us and made our stay fantastic!!

Convenient location with delicious dining nearby. I liked that the fridge came stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks and our shower was spacious and had a nice rain shower head. The pillows were thin but that’s ok. The staff was very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Suite! We had a view of some historic sites right outside our window, with cafes and restaurants on every corner! One thing I didn't make note of when I booked was it's right along the metro/rail line, so it was a tad loud at night and would vibrate the building when the train would pass, but it was manageable. Lot so storage space - shelves/closet for our things! The receptionist was exceptional! She was so kind, allowed us to check out a tad later too. Upon arrival, she asked if we wanted wine (complimentary). She brought it to our room - it was a full bottle, with little apertifs/snacks that came with it on a beautiful tray. Also all drinks/snacks in the fridge were included/complimentary which was awesome!

Perfect place to stay in Roma

This was our best place to stay on our vacation so far. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The location is awesome. Parked our car for the whole time in free parking one block away and walked everywhere. The front desk woman actually had us follow her to her spot and gave it too us. Unbelievable service made our stay perfect

Actually they are a total scam they did not even show up for the reservation we got to their establishment and no one was at their office we rang the bell we spent 4 hours in Naples Italy waiting outside their place on Easter week and they never showed up we had to find another hotel although they did take our money but we are working on that refund I can't believe that Expedia would have someone like that on their site we paid in advance and we showed up we saw other people in the building and they said they have never seen anybody in that office and they allegedly have six units on the floor there we had to scramble at the last minute we found a place called I rooms which were amazing they set us up with two different hotels for the four days that we were stranded thanks to Sun suites

Beautifully decorated room, very spacious and very comfortable and luxurious. Location was excellent! Staff was kind and helpful. A few things regrettable was that there was a coffee machine, but no coffee, and the shower was filthy. Drain was plugged and had to turn off water every few minutes for it to drain. Walls and corners and faucets were very dirty. Pillows are very tired/flat. Spare pillows in closet didn’t have pillow cases, staff leaves after 6 so you can’t ask for more when you realize you need them. Only one roll of very flimsy toilet paper. But the takeaway pizza shop down stairs is to die for!

Our experience at this “Luxurious” place has been a very unpleasing one 1. They advertise that the place offers onsite parking and we learned at the last minute that we had to park half mile away and carry our bags which was really difficult for us not knowing the directions and due to back conditions. We had to pay for parking 2. We arrived and realized that the room did not offer the minimum necessary as toilet paper, which they forgot and did not provide until the next day. 3. On our second night we had no electricity in our room, since the needed card for the service was not in our room. We had to solve this problem, since the staff was no onsite 3.The third night the electronic lock to open the front door was not working due to electric failure. No one from the hotel came to give us a solution. We were left outside with no documents and with just an hour to find a place to spend the night due to COVID curfew. With no passports, this was a difficult task since they are required to book any hotel. For as much as we would like to understand that things happen, it is absolutely unacceptable that nobody book a place for us and left us on the street and on our own 4. They refused to refund the night we did not sleep and offered a night in a future date which was ridiculous to say the least. Even though, we decided to spend another unplanned night in Rome just to get something back. They were booked and offered nothing in return. We were scammed by this place. DO NOT GO!!

A hotel I'll return to when the water heater is ok

The hotel is very convenient because you can take a bus from there to the Colosseum and Vatican City and take a bus back to the hotel which is very cost saving. The bus ticket is €1.50 per way. The receptionist is very friendly and you can ask her any questions. The water for shower wasn't hot and it was just warm, this is the only down side of it and it was important to us because it was winter. I did ask the receptionist and I was told there was something wrong with the heater. The interior is newly renovated. There is a corner shop that sells hot drinks and bakeries on the left of the hotel
