The room looked much smaller than in the site pictures. While it was located centrally it was extremely loud at night as city crews started cleaning at 1 am. While it’s nice to wake up to clean streets it was an inconvenience. Would have been nice to have a small microwave but understand that it’s not typical to have that luxury in many hotels in Europe.

We had a great time in Rome! Property was very conveniently located with so much nearby. A little in the smaller side but it was great for what we needed. The owner was attentive and responsive and even provided us with an iron in time for a wedding we were attending. Thanks for our stay!

When we arrived they told us our AC broke, the room was very hot. The next day they had technicians working on the AC since 9am. We came back to the room at 11am and could no longer go in the room, they told us to come back at 3pm. We came back to the room at 3pm. The room was still not ready, had to sit on the hallway for 1 hour. When we got in our room the AC was still not working. Technicians came back at 10pm to keep working on the AC. They were in the room until 11:45pm and we needed to get up at 5am the next morning. Shower was flooding too. Terrible hotel. It was a mess everywhere, the reception area is so trashy too

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights for our honeymoon. The location is great, close to lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Short walk to the Spanish steps. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfy. There was a fridge, restocked everyday with beverages. There’s a safe, espresso machine, and a hairdryer provided which is a bonus. The only thing we didn’t like were the sheer curtains. We were on the second floor and could easily see the street from the room(when changing and in bed as well). I think black out curtains would be a good addition. I highly recommend staying here.

Would have shared a review of this property but I was bumped to another property that while clean, was smaller and a bit shabby. I was told that the property I was being moved to was nicer but find it hard to believe it was since pictures of the Spagna Boutique show a larger room with a balcony and a view. The room we were given was small and the view was of the garbage cans. Was stuck with accepting this as I was told of the change a few days before we arrived. While the room was acceptable, I would not have paid what I was charged. Bait and switch if you ask me.

Here now stayed 3 nights best place I’ve stayed in Rome. 5 minute walk from metro line 5 minute walk to Spanish steps. Complementary Prosecco coke water beer everyday in room. Very clean and safe area, lovely room 202, very friendly check in will definitely be back

Great spot for a solo traveler or a couple who don’t mind the basics. No frills, but an excellent value. The room was clean and serviced daily. The air conditioning (American-style) worked perfectly. Plus, the location was ideal, close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, and easy to find on the main street by day two

It was a great location, not far from the Trevi Fountain, and Colosseum. As well I thought it was really nice how they would restock the fridge everyday with water, wine and beer😊

The room I booked was not the room given to me with the price I paid for it. I booked a big size room and I was denied by the staff to get the room I reserved. They said with two people reservation they placed us in a smaller room just because of two ppl. Which is absolutely not fair to me and my mom. We paid for a big size room and feel comfortable but they placed us in a small room. All The pictures are deceiving that they post on Expedia. It is not what they advertise. Very disappointed and will never stay there AGAIN. Customers should always get the room they request NOT by how many people they feel should get hell which room. At the end of the day I am paying for the room. I wish I Did not stay there. They even advertised free breakfast for my 5day stay there and was told day of check in they will not provide this service. Very disappointed. Not worth your money.

Someone needs to talk to Giacomo,the owner operator. He places guests in different properties whitout prior notice. I made a reservation for a room in Via del Corso 43, and end up in Via de la Frezza 53. Why, I don't know. Maybe, he feels like it. I wouldn't rent anoher room from this person.
