The flat was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked brilliantly which was essential for Rome in August! Close to the Metro so easy to move around Rome, about 10 minutes into Termini station and 15-20 to Spagna. Found good shops and cafes locally too - not a pretty area but lively - we enjoyed our stay.

Property was great, especially for a small family or a group of friends. There are great people that manage it and we found 4 grocery stores with a few minutes of walking. Train and metro station is a short walk that will take you everywhere you want to go. Skytower is definitely a place that we would book again if ever back in Rome. Thanks Massimo

This property was in a great location. We could easily walk to local stores, pastry shops, and restaurants, even with our 5 year old in tow. The property manager, Massimo, was absolutely fantastic. 10/10 for communication. I was able to reach out to him with any questions, and for recommendations. ​Stop searching and just book it! 🏨✨ ​If you’re looking for the perfect Rome base, Sky Tower Apartments is it. We stayed for 5 nights and honestly didn't want to leave. ​ The Location & Vibe ​Real Rome: It’s away from the hectic tourist traps, so you actually get to see how locals live. The neighborhood has great local shops and a lovely atmosphere. ​Easy Commute: It’s an easy 10-minute stroll to Tiburtina Station (and that’s "slow walker" timing!). From there, you’re only 3 stops from Termini and about 30 minutes from all the big sights. ​ The Apartment ​Spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated. My daughter’s first reaction was a literal "Wow!"—she was not expecting it to be that nice. It was such a great surprise for the whole family. ​ The Service (Shoutout to Max!) ​Max, the property manager, is a legend. Our flight landed super late and we didn't get to the flat until 2:30 AM, but Max provided crystal-clear instructions so we could get in without a hitch. He came by the next day to handle the official check-in and made everything so easy. ​💡 Pro Tip: ​There is a tourist tax of €5 per person, per day, and heads up—you’ll need cash for this. ​The best part? If you head to the ATM with Max to grab the cash, he might just treat you to a cup of Italian coffee. I’m willing to bet it’ll be the most delicious, scrumptious coffee you’ve ever had. ☕️😋 ​Thanks for a great stay, Team Sky Tower! We’ll be back!

Vi boede 6 personer i en veludstyret og rummelig lejlighed. Der var det der skulle være, i fornuftig kvalitet. Det ene WC kunne dog pludselig ikke skylde ud. Det blev lyn hurtigt fixet at en venlig medarbejder, der viste mig at knapperne bare skulle holdes inde i 2 sek. Så virkede det igen! Der var hele tiden god kommunikation med værten, der holdt os orienteret via WhatsApp. Han svarede hurtigt, præcist og høfligt. Han var behjælpelig med indtjekning, guide tips samt sen udtjekning, hvor vi fik anvist et gratis depotrum til bagagen. Lejligheden lå godt placeret tæt på en togstation, med linjer direkte til lufthavn + Metro til Rom-city. Det lå lidt uden for det top-turistede city, og priserne var væsentligt lavere der. Der var gode muligheder for spisning og shopping tæt på.

Virkelig dejlig lejlighed med gode værelser. Personalet er enormt hjælpsomme. Området er hyggeligt med barer og restauranter. Her oplever man ægte Italien uden turister overalt. Vi vil gerne tilbage en anden gang.

Massimoは非常に親切です。彼のおかげで大変気持ちよく過ごせました。施設も清潔でキッチン、洗濯機があり大変便利です。ベランダ、庭もあります。

最高のアパート

2ベッドルームに広いリビングキッチンがありとても快適。キッチン用品も一通り揃っており自炊にも支障なし。何よりとても清潔。

The apartment itself was very modern and beautiful! There was plenty of space for our family. The elevator worked great. The AC was good. Unfortunately the washing mashine was broken but our host gave us access to the one in the basement. The dishwash wasnt working properly and one of the showerheads was broken which they repaired immendiatly. Our biggest concern was that in the advertisement for the property it states that there is a pool, sauna, spa services and the ability for guests to order breakfast. None of this was true. We chose this apartment mostly because of the pool which there were even pictures of. This was very disappointing. The host was more than helpful and very welcoming.
