This beautifully designed and renovated Rome Colosseum Apartment has all the comfort of a modern home in a historic atmosphere. It is perfect for large families or large groups of friends since it sleeps up to 9 people in 3 bedrooms and in the living room. The apartment is bright and totally quiet as the large windows face to internal courtyards. It consists of 2 bedrooms with a king size bed each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (that can put together as a king, 2 modern and elegant bathrooms with shower and a living room with sofa-bed, table, chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. A small convertible additional bed can be put in one bedroom.

This nicely decorated Rome Colosseum Apartment has everything you need for your unforgettable Roman holiday: comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, reliable wi-fi, LCD flat screen tv with satellite and lot of foreign channels in each room, safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning everywhere, heating. The new kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and cooking utensils.

The Rome Colosseum Apartment location is excellent, just a short walk to the main monuments and tourist attractions of Ancient Rome: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Arch of Constantine, Nero’s Domus Aurea, Basilica of S. Clement, The Pope’s Basilica of S. John Lateran, the Basilica of S. Mary Major, the Circus Maximus, Mouth of Truth and Aventine Hill.

You can easily walk to the Historical Center and reach the other sites even though you can get there by metro, too: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Navona Square, Campo dei Fiori, Borghese Gallery, etc.

The area is safe and plenty of great restaurants, bars, groceries and lot of stores to buy local food and Italian products. In the building there is a small store open 7/7 till midnight to buy drinks, fruits, vegetables, etc.

The Rome Colosseum Apartment is non-smoking and family welcome. Upon request and for free you can have baby cot, baby stroller and high chair. Even if I love animals, pet are not allowed with respect to people that suffer allergies.

I can help in arranging transfers to and from airports/ports, guided tours, tickets for events and concerts, day trip to Florence, Venice, Naples and Pompeii, cooking lessons and much more.

The City Accommodation Tax is not included in the price and it is due in cash on arrival (6 Euros per night per person. Children under 10 y.o. don't pay the accommodation tax).

Great location. The perfect size for our group of 6. We had one in our party who struggled with the stairs and took advantage of the elevator. It was quick and efficient. Paulo and Riccardo were great and extremely helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport.

Riccardo and Paolo are truly amazing. They are very helpful and always quickly respond to any message. The apartment is just what we needed as a group of 5, and the air conditioning was the best and MUCH needed. Beds were comfortable and the living area was great. All in all, we would definitely come back and stay here, very central, made it easy to walk. Paolo recommended the Capri and Amalfi day trip tours- do not miss, the best experience!

Extremely convenient location, lots of room for my group of 8 to spread out. Paolo was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. It was nice to hear the history of the building and surrounding area. The living/kitchen area isn't huge, but they've made it work well with a dining table that easily changes size depending on your current activity.

Paolo was a wonderful host. The place is clean, well equipped. The washer/dryer was very handy for 10 day travel. The location is so close to the Colosseum and close to metro and bus to other sights. Paolo provided great info on . Walking distance to Roma Termini train station. Great stay. Well stay when visiting Rome.

Good size apartment with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms but the bathrooms are fairly small. Apartment looks in better condition online than in person but overall it is clean and comfortable. The apartment is on the 5th floor and is accessible via a small elevator. Area surrounding the apartment has a lot of dining options all within walking distance and the Colosseum is literally a 10 minute walk away and you can see it from the entrance to the building. If you are driving a rental vehicle be aware parking is difficult but there is a parking garage right across the street but it is expensive ($60 Euros a day). The roads are also fairly busy, so you must be careful while walking around.

Good location. Close to the colosseum

Location is very good short walk to the colosseum. Bedrooms are a good size. Communication with Paolo was great and he helped arrange our transportation to and from the airport (at our cost but it was nice). Easy walk to several restaurants. Kitchen amenities okay but could be improved. However, I would not stay again for 3 reasons. First, the A/C was set at 18F and this was not cool enough at night and we had to sleep with shirts off 1 or 2 nights (to be fair, we live in Minnesota and we went in summer when the highs were 95F). This might not be an issue if you go when it’s cooler. Second, the showers were tiny. Lastly, there was no TV in the living room.

This apartment was in a great location to walk to multiple shops, food and tourist spots. Easy to grab a cab from the front door for further adventures. The host was responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for our large group.

Great host, disappointing property

Paolo was a fantastic host and incredibly responsive to our questions! He was helpful in arranging transfers to and from the airport and even organizing a couple cab rides to various sites. Unfortunately the place was just dirty. Dust bunnies were all over the floors and inside the wardrobes. I dropped an earring on the floor and was frankly grossed out when I bent down to pick it up. The showers were exceedingly small and unfortunately leaked quite a bit, resulting in water getting all over the bathroom floors after a rinse off. The beds weren't very comfortable but did the job after long days walking around Rome. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

Great property & great host

We stayed with our four young adult/teen children in this property this week. Everyone had plenty of room, and the beds were comfortable. The host, Paolo, was great with communication if we had questions, booked a taxi pickup for us and stored our baggage after checkout when we were staying a little longer in Rome. The property is as it appears in the pictures, there are TVs in all bedrooms where you can login to your Netflix account (my boys liked this) and the air conditioning works great which is needed during the summer. There is a washer/dryer combo in the apartment which is helpful for washing during the summer. It takes a little reading of the instructions to figure out, and a long time (4-5) hours per load to wash & dry which is a lot longer than we are used to in the US, but it did work great once we figured it out. All in all a great place close to the Colosseum to stay with our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and quiet with easy access to all the Roman sites. All the amenities were as described along with a few extras like umbrellas (which were needed with the sudden rain). The beds were comfortable and it was great to have room and privacy for the entire family. It was easy to walk or catch a taxi from this location. And the view of the coliseum at the end of the street was pretty special! Paolo greeted us when we arrived and walked us through the apartment, answered all our questions and arranged for return to the airport later in the week. (He arranged our pick up when we arrived too. Transportation was in a comfortable MB van, making the ride very enjoyable!). This exceeded my expectations - the accommodations were perfect, host is very responsive, and couldn't be in a better location! As for the unexpected - Paolo informed us when we arrived that WiFi in the bedrooms wasn't working (it worked in the common area) but he already called for service and it could probably be fixed remotely. (We arrived on the weekend.) However, the service people needed to come in the property to fix it on Monday. He called us first to be sure it would be ok for them to access the apartment and gained our approval before proceeding. By the time we returned from site seeing, the WiFi was fixed. He was very respectful and courteous and we appreciated the communication. This is a well managed apartment by an honest man. Enjoy your stay!

Lovely apartment

We had 12 magical days in Rome with our family of 5. 3 daughters from ages 21-32 This was an excellent location with a view of the colosseum as soon as you step out to the street. Apartment is just as it appears in the pics although a little narrower but I expected that. Clean and quiet. Paolo was super responsive to any question and he helped us immensely in getting a private driver for a day trip. Would definitely stay here again!
