Elegant and bright apartment renovated in a modern style, located in Trastevere, a very characteristic neighborhood due to its colors, cobblestone street, churches, medieval squares as well as cafes, artisan shops, restaurants and places of art. It’s one of the best areas to eat typical Roman cuisine.
It is strategically located in the historic center easily reaching Saint Peter, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and all of the city’s wonders in a few minutes walk, through historic roads.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building, with elevator. From a nice entrance area you can access the living room (very bright thanks to the three large unobstructed windows overlooking Piazza della Malva) with a 75-inch smart TV, a dining area with a large table and an open kitchen with induction cooking and fully equipped for every need. In the living area there are two sofa beds to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment also has two large double bedrooms each equipped with smart TVs and its own spacious bathroom. The second bathroom includes a large steam room for 2/3 people, to relax after visiting the city.
