Great service. Great location and great value form the money
This is an odd hotel in that it occupies the top floor of a building that has 3 other floors of 3 other hotels. Street signage is good, just wasn't aware that this would be the setup. Very close to train station and good restaurants. Hotel itself has lovely staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, room service for included continental breakfast. Major sights about a 15 to 20 minute walk. The only true negative for me was the elevator is very old and freaky. I'd stay here again.

Slightly cramped (but fine for one person), weak AC, and window wouldn’t latch. But the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Very convenient for transportation and walkable to the main attractions in Rome.
property is great and have parking for $15/day. You get two rooms with bedroom/kitchen combo in one of them. You also get two balconies with amazing views if you have ocean front room. Overall great hotel with 5 min walk to downtown area. Hotel can improve on TV size/programs available (only italian) and no you tube or other access on tv as it’s old. I also recommend them replacing the beds, specially the sofa bed. I would stay there again if i go back.
A unique hotel--the entrance and elevator give it an old world feel. The staff are very genuine. The rooms are extremely basic, and found it to be perfect for our sleep and showering needs. Very clean.
