Served the purpose. Great location and breakfast but very small room for three persons.

Extremely helpful, courteous staff. Great location for most of Rome. Great value for then price!

Every thing was perfect , breakfast could be better.

fantastic location--great staff, friendly and helpful--very clean--will return

Clean, near sites, great breakfast, free wi-fi. Staff is friendly and helpful. Request a room with street view.

Ludovisi Palace feels more like an Inn. The staff are wonderful. The rooms always perfectly clean. It is well decorated and a nice place to stay. The location is just off Via Veneto, a major shopping area and a short walk to the magnificent Borghessi Park. The negatives are the WiFi which is balky. I often had to log back in and it is not very fast. The Bar is in the breakfast area, so it is far from grand, but if you want a glass of wine, the staff will get it for you. The walls are a little thin, but it is Europe. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and recommend it.

We were a family of 4, for a week. We would like to mention, the wonderful, gracious, professional, and very welcoming staff of the hotel! They attended our every need, including letting us stay after our checkout time because our flight was at night. They answered all our questions with a smile. They gave us all the tips we needed, with lots of patiance . We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!

Our experience at the Ludovisi was exceptional. We were very pleased with the experience. a. location was very near the via venato a short walk to the metro and in a safe and interesting location. b. staff were exceptional in their kindness, attentiveness and eagerness to help in any way. c, room was clean, not large but that is to be expected in a big city. d. free breakfast was good, meats and cheese, coffee, bacon and eggs etc. Well done.

The hotel location was very close to Central Rome. Your in walking distance of restaurants, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a tour of the Vatican, St Peters Cathedral and a tour of the Colisium. The tours provided transportation of pick up from the hotel and transportaion back to the hotel. The room was spacious and quite. Also the hotel provided every thing we needed.

We stayed at the hotel 3 nights (2 adults, 2 children). In spite of arriving well ahead of the official check-in time, we got our room right away. It was very large, spacious and very clean. The hotel is located on a very quiet street, minutes away from Piazza d Spagna and other great sightseeing spots. Breakfast is included in the room price and it was perfect. The hotel was fully booked (August) so the breakfast room got a bit crowded at times, but we always found a table and there was always an ample variety of breakfast items available. The staff was extremely friendly and made our stay a pleasure!!

Location was great ... easy to get around and the staff was wonderful. We got in late and wanted to have something to eat, the front desk person gave us directions to a place close by and even called to let them know we were on our way.

The Ludovisi Hotel is a great place to stay. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. The location is in the best area and very near to all the sites, including transportation. Walk to the Spanish Steps, two blocks from bus route on Via Veneto. The common rooms for breakfast/bar/lounge areas are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good with a large selection. The rooms are fine with a very large bathroom, everything is very clean. And the hotel has an air of European sophistication -- small but personal and well appointed. Will definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel has a good location very close to the Spanish Steps, Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini and the Metropolitano (subway). Its safe to walk around. The room was very clean. The staff was always nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Good. Very good hotel. We will return.

Ludovisi Palace is a great place to stay! The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's not central and a little out of the way of the main tourist sites, but because Rome is so walkable and has good public transportation, it wasn't a problem at all. We walked all over the city from there.

Staff was very helpful, room was a little on the small side. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Though small and older, everything was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was nice. It was very close to the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain and also close to a good hop on-hop off bus. I would advise allowing plenty of time for calling a taxi to the train station or airport; five minutes of their time equals 25 minutes of my time. (barely made the train).

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Just flew in and they had our rooms ready. Great location and not a bad walk from the train station - 25-30 minutes with luggage.

We stayed at the Ludovisi Palace Hotel in Rome for a week and it was a perfect spot for us and the friends we traveled with! The location is close to Metro and bus lines (a short walk to the Via Veneto). The staff, including everyone from the doormen to the desk people, were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very nice with a bathroom that had ample space for toiletries, a clothes line over the tub, and a warming rack for towels. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, meats, cereals, fruit, juice, coffee, rolls, yoghurt, and other delicious delights! We had a nice flat-screen TV with CNN in English so we felt very much "at home."

Great location with plenty to do. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Excellent overall. English-speaking person at the front desk 24/7 to assist with maps, phone calls, bus routes, tours, etc. Delicious breakfast included with room. Quiet location in nice neighborhood. Convenient public transportation and taxi service. Tour bus stop at the corner. Housekeeping is efficient and respectful of your schedule. Air conditioned room.
