The room was very cold - no proper heating system just a portable radiator which I could not connect the first time as the plug next to my bed was broken. The AC did not work, the room was very dark and there was no hot water. 4G is not working, only close to the window and the WIFI connection is not stable. The Staff said there is no issue in the building and the heating starts at 8 PM (There is no radiator in the room at all)

It is good for the price, the only problem we had is that we didn't receive a notification that after 5 pm reception is closed, and we didn't know what to do. Fortunately, one guest was going out and he explains that we should call hotel personnel to get instructions, key for the room was there but needed instructions

Good location, very affordable, clean. My single room was very small (the bed was basically at the doorway) and awkwardly-shaped, but very affordable. Wifi in my room wasn't great. Staff were ok. Overall, good experience.

The hotel is basic but terrific particularly for tourists who are in Rome to visit the sites and monuments throughout Rome. The hotel is clean and the service was timely and good. In addition, the hotel was close to all of the sites that one would want to see in central Rome, and close to great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. Dominque and Marceau from Haiti

The staff were friendly enough and the room was clean and quite spacious. We had a room facing onto Via Firenze and it was very noisy at night. Garbage truck turned up every night around 11.30 to collect rubbish from local restaurants; noise from traffic seemed to travel up the street. Closing all windows helped a bit but made room stuffy. Other rooms may be better.

Generally fine and good price

No major issues. Main area of concern that doors and walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING. We experienced hotel workers talking loudly down our floor corridor at 4am despite silence please signs on the wall. We ended up having to tell them to be quiet in order to try and get back to sleep. Good location though.
