Good location. Nice big and clean room. However, The breakfast room was too small and had seating issues. Breakfast was not very good, no fruits the cold meat was awful. Lady in the breakfast room was however nice. They charged two euros for Each luggage piece. I have been all over the world: Europe, asia, Americas, Australia, Africa. No hotel has ever charged for keeping luggage.

We use hotels mainly for sleeping as we spend much of the time sightseeing. Hotel smell. Hot water was lacking. We had to set water to lowest pressure to get it to work. Location was great, 2 minute walk to train station & metro. Except for Vatican everything was within walking distance

This hotel is really close to the city center (everything is within walking distance) and the staff speak English really well. My only complaint is the size of the bathroom which in its entirety (toilet and shower) was about 5ft in size and not suitable for larger persons . Maybe it's a Roman thing, but I could wash my hands while on the toilet (eww).

Comfortable, clean and very convenient to the train station. Excellent value. We especially appreciated the breakfast offerings (included). A special highlight was the extraordinary hospitality of Simonetta, who attended to the breakfast and even convinced us to abandon American coffee and indulge in the cappuccino, which she carefully made. Another reason to love Italy.

Small room in Altavilla, Roma

Location of the hotel is very good, close to the train station (6 minute walk), yet very quite, on a street with nice restaurants. Very modest hotel, we got a very small room with a double bed, but firm, comfortable, with a fan and an air-conditioning (which we didn't even need to use). A comfortable minimum, but not much space for luggage! Service at the desk was good, printed travel documents we needed. Overall a nice impression on a low budget. WiFi worked well.
