The Space:

A bright, spacious apartment on a floor served by a lift, laid out with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen and a dining area. One bedroom has a queen double bed and the other has two single beds; the living room features a sofa bed, for a total of 6 sleeping spaces. The two full bathrooms ensure comfort for everyone. The separate kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus dishes, cookware and wine glasses, with a dedicated dining table. The apartment also offers fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, TV, room-darkening shades and a laptop-friendly work area; a travel crib is available. There are two small balconies, ideal for a breath of fresh air (no panoramic view). Hot water is always available.



Beds are prepared for the number of guests booked; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one set of towels per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, separate kitchen, dining area and the two balconies. The building has no private parking. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment overlooks Villa Doria Pamphili, the largest landscaped park in Rome, perfect for walks, running and relaxing outdoors. The surrounding Monteverde/Gianicolense area is a green, residential neighbourhood loved by locals, with everyday shops, bakeries, cafés and authentic trattorias at fair prices. Trastevere, with its lively nightlife and restaurants, and the Gianicolo hill with its panoramic terrace are within easy reach. It's a peaceful base, away from the tourist crowds yet close to the heart of the city.



Getting Around:

The area is well served by buses running along Viale di Villa Pamphili and nearby roads, with direct connections to Trastevere, Termini and the city centre. The Trastevere railway station, which also links to the FL1 line, is within reach by bus. The nearest metro is not immediately close, so buses and trams are the most convenient option for getting around. The area is outside the historic centre's ZTL (limited traffic zone). The building has no private parking; on-street and paid parking can be found nearby. From Fiumicino airport you can reach Trastevere station directly by the FL1 regional train, or take the Leonardo Express to Termini (about 32 minutes); from Ciampino airport via shuttle bus to Termini or by taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 6:00 PM the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



Cleaning: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).



Luggage storage: possible before check-in or after check-out at our office at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Free service, availability to be confirmed in advance by contacting us.



When you contact us via phone or email, please always mention the property name and the check-in date.
