The kitchen was smaller than what it looled like in the pictures, but it does have everything to cook. Floors might have been swept, but didn't look like they were moped. Washing machine is tiny, no dryer. When washing machine would spin, it would shake and be very loud. The view was not the best. You can see the top of a church, but for the most part, you're staring at another building that looks run down. A/C was okay. We were there when it was in the 90's, but bathroom in back bedroom was always hot. Also sent some questions to the host while we were there, and either didn't respond or was delayed reply. The place has so much potential, but needs updatijng. Fresh coat of oaint, little updates throughout. Location is amazing, and there were plenty of beds to sleep.

This place was nice enough, but the ac could not keep up with the Rome heat. The pull out couch was broken. The entire place smelled weird. The water was freezing. The power went out mid stay and when I contacted someone all they did was send me a manual. And the initial address they sent was a 10 minute walk away from the actual location. Overall it was fine at best. The location was nice. The street it is located on was pleasant.

A great apt in City Centre

The location was excellent, on Corso near the Spanish Steps. Host responded to questions usually within a few minutes.

We got charged for a already broken cooktop!

Nice appartment, great location, kitchen very small, not suitable if you want to cook for a group. Washing machine not usable (moving while spinning), Flyscreens not usable (can't be closed) No corso view (only backyard). Warning: document all damages and inform srrvice agency / owner. We missed to do for the cooktop and got charged 300 Euro without any change to deny!!!!
