Beautiful and recently renovated 100 square meter apartment, on the second floor with lift, of a prestigious early 20th century building. Quiet, very bright, furnished with sobriety, the apartment consists of 3 bright and spacious bedrooms, all with a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom also has a balcony from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the verdant internal courtyard. 3 large bathrooms with shower (one en-suite), the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, the living room has table, chairs, sofa bed, TV (it can be made into a double room if you need it). The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 11 - 12 people. The apartment also has free WiFi, TV in all rooms, independent heating, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
