Great room in a fabulous part of town! We had to book a room last min. due to weather conditions & receptionist Naomi was kind & communicative about the check-in deadline (6:00pm or I think there is a fee for check in later than that.) Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only little quirks we found were figuring out how to work the shower handle to change the location of the water (rain shower head or handle, etc.) and I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo + conditioner as we didn't find any in our room. It was a great spot to stay at a really good price and we will surely come back again if we need a room in Rome! Thanks for the hospitality & great stay!

The hotel has only five guest rooms, which assures that the extremely welcoming staff are always attentive. Before my stay, I was concerned about traffic noise, which was not at all an issue due to excellent sound insulation. In fact, I never heard a sound from adjoining rooms or the common area. Excellent free WiFi. Good location near Barberini Metro station and a substantial grocery store. I'll definitely stay there again.

There is no elevator. Bed sheets was not clean. Found pillow case with stain. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good location. Would come bk again and hopefully by then elevator will be installed.

Not Up To My Expectations

The lovely woman at reception was warn, gracious and kind. The room is just ok, eith no decor to speak of. There is a great bathroom however! The property is a tremendous disappointment given its great location and proximity to Via Venato l,but the building entrance is currently unrecognizable and obscured due to construction and scaffolding. The address is hard to find on the building. The hotel is located in an office building with no signage. The street is filty with litter and homelesd. So disappointed!

Great place to get know Rome!

Amazing location, clean rooms, very friendly and lovely staff. Close to Termini Station and main Rome attractions like Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps... Great value for the money, warmest recommendations.

The hotel is nice. It is basically just an apartment within a building and it has I believe five rooms. In the beginning, it felt a bit lonely. The design is very modern and cool. Also the staff is very friendly and warm-hearted, when they are there. Note: There is no 24h service and nothing else than espresso and cookies available to eat/drink. However, it is overpriced. I would go there again only for a lower price than 346€ per night.
