It was overall a good stay - the staff was kind and accommodating. The first room smelled like pot, we asked for a different one and immediately got it with no questions asked. The other room had clean smell and appeared clean, but after walking barefoot for a few mins our feet turned black… the rest of the room seems ok, and linens looked clean and fresh. The breakfast lady was very nice, the breakfast itself was average. Overall, good with a couple of hiccups.

Good hotel, good value, no working WiFi

The property and staff were very nice, however, their Wi-Fi doesn’t work (both times we stayed there), and cell reception is bad in that area. Would be nice if they fixed this.

Typical of best western, renovated just enough to make it look nice in photos, while the bones are falling apart. The hot tub wasn’t working, and it was FILTHY. The sign that alerted guests that it is broken had clearly been up for a while, so enough time to update your website. The room is ok, at least it was clean and had new furnishings. The fridge was either not working or wasn’t turned on/plugged in. I get trying to conserve energy, but it takes a while for a fridge to cool, so hardly helpful when a person is only here one night. The staff was pretty non-plussed. Another typical expectation of best western. Overall, it’s ok.

A good stay overall. Would have been great if the woman checking us in had been friendly. We arrived at 1:15 in the morning which I understand is not the most pleasant, but we definitely felt like she would have preferred that we never booked the room or showed up. The breakfast was kept well-stocked and had a moderate number of choices including waffles. The room was clean and comfortable. A lttle friendliness and this would have been a 5. Other staff were fine.

This wonderful Property is nestled in the Sonoma Valley and has grapevines planted around it. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Free breakfast included waffles, bacon and sausages and eggs, muffins and toast. I love staying here

Breakfast was good, although in need of some fresh fruit besides bananas. The waffles were delicious! The breakfast attendants were helpful and quite cheerful. Our room was spacious, but did not appear to be extremely clean. They did not have regular housekeeping unless you made a special request for it. We were afraid that the bathroom sink faucet was going to break every time we used it. The toilet felt like it was going to overflow at any minute. The exterior sidewalks, stairs, and parking lot were not very clean. There was a lot of trash, and the sidewalks should probably be hosed off. Check-in went well, but I witnessed a very brusque interchange between the front desk supervisor and a guest trying to get her bill straightened out during my check-out. All in all, I would not stay there again. We definitely did not get our money's worth.
