Designed to be the most boat friendly option on Beaver Lake. 3 boat ramps within a quarter mile. Extra-large, flat, swing through driveway. All paved, roads. Overnight docking and boat rental available at the marina.
The house layout is perfect for large, diverse groups. Kids own the downstairs with couches, TV's and bunkbeds. Adults enjoy the upstairs with 3 bedrooms, each with a king or queen bed and a 50' tv. The bedrooms are situated at the back of the house, with the kitchen, living rooms, and deck on the lakeside of the house, allowing peace and quiet to those that want to sleep late and access to kitchen, coffee bar, tv room, and deck to the early risers.
Everything is 2025 new; beds, furniture, dishes, towels, sheets.
Huge, sturdy deck with composite decking. Large concrete patio downstairs.
Miles of paved, peaceful morning walk routes. Great hiking/biking trails through Hobbs State Park.

This is a truly unique, modern home, overlooking Rocky Branch Marina. This part of the lake is highly desirable because it is secluded and peaceful but also has quick access to the entire lake. You can't beat this location. If you are bringing a boat, you won't find a more convenient house/location. If you are renting a boat, you are right outside the park. Fenced in yard.

Great weekend!

This house so so perfect for our group of kids and adults ! It was clean and had the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The view of the lake from the deck is beautiful. Super close to boat ramp and boat rentals. Took the most beautiful run through the streets with lots of big tall trees. There was much more space in the house than expected and all furniture was very new and well kept. We can’t wait to come back!!
