My wife and I stayed here one night because it was close to the start / finish line for the EP half marathon. Attentive front desk. Our 1 st room was up a short flight of stairs. My wife had trouble with them. They switched us to a 1st floor room. No problem. I requested a refrigerator for an extra $5. The front desk called us shortly thereafter to make sure we got it. And they didn't even charge us. Nice room. Comfortable beds. Great Tv. We were very impressed. You can't go wrong.give it a try
We were there mid June. A bit high priced, but nice. Pool was open on offered float toys for kids. Hot tub worked, not too hot. Beds comfortable. Mostly quiet even with being near exterior exit. Good location, we drove into town for shopping and dining. Didn't eat at hotel.
Parts are still under construction, but this a very nice, bright, and clean hotel. The pool are is quite big and indoors. Next to it is a windowed room where I would assume kids hang out with TVs and couches. Our rooms came with two yoga mats! I liked the ecological reminders throughout the hotel. I only wished there was a towel rack. A short person would have a tough time reaching the two hooks at the top of the bathroom door.
When we checked in to the Ridgeline, a hotel a friend suggested for her Estes Park wedding, we were told nothing we had requested was available. Adjoining rooms? Nope. King beds? Nope. You would think staff would be falling all over themselves to apologize for our months-in-advance reservations going up in smoke. Nope. A front desk staffer named Jeremy was incredibly rude, rolling his eyes and sighing with exasperation. When I booked the hotel months ago, I gave my credit card info and was told I'd be charged for half to reserve the room. That's fine. But Jeremy told me this never happened, that I made it up. Yes, Jeremy, this is how I get my jollies: making up mundane details about a hotel reservation. Anyway, the rooms were basically a Comfort Inn remodeled with artsy paintings. None of the outlets worked, which is a blast when you are trying to blow-dry your hair for a wedding. I would not stay here again.
We stayed at the ridgeline on our way to Glenwood Springs, I was notified in advance the pool would be closed but not enough in advance to find another room at a decent price, was told they would give us a discount for no pool So we stayed. Our room was new and clean, but construction workers right out side your room was not pleasant had to keep curtains closed. No refrigerator or micro wave in room, We were on first floor closet ice machine was on 2nd. I had just three week out from a knee replacement and needed lots of ice.. But we did have two yoga Mats yea.. I have allergies and the were incense in the bath. Any way we were not happy with the price and we will not be returning. Next time it will be the comfort Inn for sure.
We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. A perfect hub to see Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains. The room was nicely renovated. We especially enjoyed the good service and nice talks with Alyssa and Cachit at the front desk. Hope to return one day!
the 105 restaurant has decent food but the bar layout is a little wierd. its meant to spark converstaion but it just doesnt quite feel right. the burgers were nicely cooked and the menu has a decent local flare
First off, for all my friends who are sensitive to scents, this hotel has just installed ew carpet I g and new paint has been added to most walls. That being said, I did have a little bit of a hard time. My friend, who does not have this problem, also was sneezing a bit. Other than that, I found this hotel very well decorated. I would call it, modern contemporary mountain. Our room was very clean and comfortable. My friend who has been going to this hotel for over 20 years, various other names, did say that the tile and elevator was the same. We did not have any mold issues at all. The restaurant Latitude, was very good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We very much enjoyed the beer cheese soup, which I will elaborate on, it comes with two slices, good size, of pretzel and three slices of sausage in the soup. We also had the Brussels sprouts and the Colorado poutine. All very good. The pool was closed as construction continues, so do wait to go if that is a must. I would recommend this hotel for everyone, when construction is done...
The hotel opened the last week of may after major renovation of the room and the restaurant. The pool is closed, the front is an construction side, the renovated rooms are accessible by the old antique elevator and FYI the security lock of the main door is busted, probably by one of the workers who values convenience over safety. When renovating the hotels rooms always start with the washrooms; old Mold in the shower, old tiles and the tub not replaces and the toilet seat was yellow and still the say that we had one of the newest and best rooms. I know what a renovated washroom looks like My compliments for the restaurant: menu is small but very good, service, quality and attention to detail was perfect. Please keep doing what you ar doing you keep their place alive at this point
