EASY STREET HIDEAWAY: Vacation in our cozy cottage style space with convenient ground level entry into a daylight basement. (Upper unit will be listed in the future.) Recent paint, updated floors and restful atmosphere await your holiday getaway. A privacy lattice lightens extremely sunny and windy days. Enjoy the beautiful Rockaway coast line, seaside shops and small town vibe while relaxing on the sunny patio or unwinding indoors on easy street.

*Cell phone coverage is sporadic at the unit due to the hill behind the house, but it works well at the beach and near the shops.*

*Easy Street Hideaway is the basement half of a sweet little duplex. Park on driveway pad in front of garage.*

*The lockbox code will generate by mid-afternoon day of arrival. Minimum 2 night stay.*

*Spectrum is the internet provider and can be intermittent in the general area. DVD's are provided, you can access local TV channels or you can stream through your own subscriptions. (No cable available.)*
