Great communication from the initial booking through checkout. Beautifully decorated with big open kitchen and living area. Ocean view was magnificent. Master bed was so comfortable. The place was exceptionally clean

First off I want to thank hosts Jay and Vivian, they were awesome. If I had a question about anything they were quick to respond and made sure our stay went smoothly. The house was perfect for our multi family getaway. The open floor layout made sure no one was missing out whether you’re in the kitchen prepping a meal or watching the game on the couches, everyone was right there to not feel left out. The view was amazing and beach access was right across the street, with access so close it made us walk on the beach a lot more than I had anticipated. Quick hitter positives; roomy house, beautiful view, beach access, hot tub/sauna, 4 bathrooms and very clean house. Don’t be discouraged about the duplex aspect of the house. Surprised how quiet it was with the other side being occupied the same weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed a fabulous time with our family to celebrate an 80th birthday getaway at the beach with three generations. The accommodations were amazing for our group of eleven with plenty of beds, toiletries, and space for everyone to feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the long dining room table to play games at each evening. We explored Rockaway Beach, the stores, but mostly spent time as a family in this beautiful gem. Sauna, hot tub, puzzles, games, and tv’s throughout. Not to mention making some wonderful family meals together and knowing that all of the cooking amenities were available for use. Salmon on the BBQ for Grandma’s birthday was the best! The home was clean, the hosts were responsive, and the views of the ocean were outstanding. We would definitely recommend this beach home for a long weekend or more!

This house offers something for everyone! Double bunk room for kids, 3 beautiful bedrooms, views, up to date technology, beach walking, sauna, hot tub and quiet neighborhood. Great space for families and/multiple adults. It’s a don’t miss for amenities, style and space!

Absolutely superb and exceeded our high expectations. The host was very helpful when we had questions before arriving. The house is very nice and spacious. Clean sauna and whirlpool. Perfect stay.

Amazing house for groups/families!

This property is half a block to the beach, immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, has top of the line appliances, and is extremely comfortable for a larger group. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! 3 generations in my family (11 people) stayed at the house to go crabbing and clamming, and we all loved it. For those with mobility issues, note that the driveway to the front door is steep. We hope to return and highly recommend!

Beautiful Property!!!

This property was perfect for my family and I's birthday getaway for my 3 year old daughter. We had a total of 6 adults and 3 children, ages 5, 3, and 1. The property was beautiful and so new! The bathrooms felt like you were in a hotel. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The bunkbed room was perfect for my daughter who napped during the day because it only had one small window that had a black out curtain. There was not much for kids supplies or toys (no high chair etc.) but the open space was great for my 1 year old to toddle around in. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of any of the vrbos we have ever stayed in. Great appliances, dishes, pans, etc. Perfect for cooking your own meals. The walk to the beach was very quick and easy. A bit steep going down the rocks, but I was still able to do it while carrying my 26 lb 1 year old, so it wasn't horrible. The driveway is VERY steep. If you have elderly guests, they may find it challenging. Overall, the property was excellent and definitely 5 stars. The only small criticism would be that with the open spaces, sound carried very easily, and if you are downstairs, you can hear footsteps upstairs fairly loudly, so for planning, put whoever is going to bed last downstairs.

Excellent Vacation Stay

We had such an amazing stay at the duplex! The place was exactly how it was pictured on the listing if not better. The place was stocked fully with extra towels, utensils, kitchen appliances as well. We cooked a lot and there were so many spices available. Lots of space for the 12 of our party to stay comfortably. David was such a responsive host and would answer even late at night when we had any questions. The distance to the beach from the VRBO was a plus. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place for a large party, quiet environment, and modern feel.
