Relax with the whole family at this beautifully restored farmhouse. Enjoy the vineyards and a free tour of our wine production facility across the street from the house. A three minute drive to Rock Stream Vineyards and close to dozens of other Seneca Lake wineries. Only 10 minutes to Watkins Glen attractions including restaurants and the gorge trail.

The property features two upstairs bedrooms and one large master bedroom on the first floor. The living room has satellite television and an attached dining room. The kitchen has a large refrigerator freezer with a gas stove and microwave. A small kitchen nook with a table and chairs is attached along with a full size washer and dryer. All rooms have air conditioning, central heating, and high speed internet.
Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 1.5 bathrooms.

Serene location - knowledgeable and generous host

The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories!

Perfect for trip, close to wineries and a short drive to Watkins Glen. Check in was easy. We were greeted in person by the host and he showed us around and introduced us to Barney, the cat. Mark gave us a very good tour of his wine making facility and we were able to taste the wine. A great learning experience that you don’t normally get. House was somewhat secluded, but that made it very quiet. But still just 5 minutes off the highway. So made it easy to explore the southwest side of Seneca Lake. House provided all the basics we needed. We would stay there again. Great host.

House was perfect for our needs and as listed! Staying on a vineyard was picture perfect. Location was close to many wineries on Seneca lake although a bit off the main road. The included wine tour of Rock Stream Vineyards was fantastic and it was so fun to see the wine making process up close and to taste wines at various stages in the process. Host was easy to contact and we had no issues. Barney the cat was adorable and we loved being greeted by him every time we came back.

Cozy Farm House

The property was fine for our purpose. We were mostly gone all day exploring the numerous waterfalls and State Parks. Inside was neat and tidy. Outside needs attention. Owner communicated extremely well and graciously showed us his wine making process at his vineyard.
