This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, Mayo Patients and their families. It is very close to all Mayo Clinic buildings and downtown Rochester, and nestled in the most peaceful neighborhood of Rochester City. This house is located on 1.2 acre lot in the middle of the town. Big yards all around the house, Huge deck, patios, fire pit etc. Entire house was beautifully remodeled recently. You often see deers running around in the back yard. Highly professional and educated neighborhood, mostly Mayo doctors and management staff. Extremely safe and secure area of the city. 2 master bedrooms, Kitchen, Living room on main level. 3 bedrooms on Lower level.

This beautiful home was the perfect getaway—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable! Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely neighborhood with walking paths and gorgeous homes, it offered both peace and charm. The kitchen was a highlight—large, fully stocked, and perfect for cooking together. We also loved the dining table, which became our gathering spot for meals, games, and even a couple of puzzles, all while still having room for five to dine comfortably. The bedrooms were cozy and thoughtfully arranged, and we especially loved relaxing on the deck with its comfortable seating. Evenings around the Solo Stove made for such memorable bonfires. Another bonus was the roomy two-car garage, which easily fit both our Suburban and SUV.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made our stay seamless. We would absolutely recommend this home and would be delighted to return!
