Right in the heart of the Neighborhood of the Arts

Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment. We wanted to try staying in this area of Rochester and would be glad to return. We arrived and found the apartment was immaculately clean with a very contemporary flair in furnishing and décor. The bed and linens were fresh and comfortable. The unit has a full galley kitchen but we only used it for drinks since we took advantage of having off-street parking available and being just a few minutes’ drive to Jines Restaurant on Park Street for breakfast each morning.
