Beautifully appointed and thoughtfully restored. Kitchen had everything one could need to cook at home. Super clean. Appreciated the laundry and the easy walk to Mayo Clinic, despite construction detours. Nice to sit in the back in the sun for a bit when the weather was nice-relaxing after long days of appointments.

It was very nice to have a full kitchen with plenty of equipment to cook with and a fridge to store food. The backyard was a nice bonus, with a family of bunnies that came to visit each day! Wonderful home with vintage charm and updated amenities. SO convenient to Mayo Clinic, just a short 10-12 minute walk. This is particularly important due to all the construction at mayo which makes parking a challenge. The home has amazing original features and also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Grocery store is a 2 minute drive, restaurants are walkable or a very short drive.Tim was a fabulous host and we will definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.
