Once we eventually found the reception (an estate agent- type office), we queued to get the keys, and found our block..could be confusing and frustrating for some!! The appartment itself was good, with balcony, very well-equipped kitchen and very quiet. Lovely. We were there for the weekend, most places closed, so had to walk a bit to find a bakery on Sunday morning. Found a lovely restaurant on Sunday night in the nearby old port.

A very convenient budget apartment near the marina, so useful for working on your boat.It has all the basic requirements. Launderette nearby also a supermarket and gym.

Pas de réception le dimanche

Chambre propre et bien aménagé. Le gros souci est que nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et qu'il n'y a pas de réception ce jour là, ni après 18h le reste de la semaine.Il y a une boîte à clés mais le code est envoyé la veille par mail, parti dans les spams et par SMS, jamais reçu. J'ai donc dû réserver dans un autre établissement pour la nuit et ce n'est pas pris en compte par mon entreprise... Le lundi, la réceptionniste m'appelle pour me demander pourquoi je n'ai pas récupéré mes clés la veille. Je lui explique mais pas une excuse ni proposition pour un éventuel geste commercial. Personnellement, je n'y retournerai pas.

Lamentable! Appart hôtel non nettoyé avec les restes des précédents clients ! à notre arrivée aucun draps ni serviette et un accueil fermé Obligés d attendre l ouverture de l accueil le lendemain qui me certifie qu à notre retour tout sera réglé et là à nouveau rien de fait et aucunes excuses rien! On réclame un autre logement car on nous dit que la femme de ménage est partie et qu aucun ménage sera fait de notre séjour de 4 jours ! Et à nous de faire les lits(2) avec seulement une paire ! Nous exigeons un autre logement et là 4 nous ont été proposés et seul le 4 eme avait été nettoyé ! Les autres tous avec les draps et serviettes sales ! Plus jamais nous ne réserverons dans cet établissement sans professionnalisme ni reconnaissance du client 5 mails de réclamation ont été envoyés et aucune réponse après 30 jours Bravo l agence FNAIM et clients fuyés !!!

Appart hotel a fuir.

Apparthotel a fuir. Ce n'est pas un appart hotel mais un studio loue et gere par une agence immobiliere et qui n'est pas conciente du service a donner comme il est fait dans la plupart des appart-hotels. Le check-in ne s'est pas passe le jour d'arrivee parce qu'arrivant apres 18:00 (vers 20h), l'agence immobiliere qui s'occupe du check-in etait deja ferme et les instructions de check-in etaient confuses et non claires. De plus, l'addresse: avenue Marcel Dassault n'est pas ecrite dans la rue mais quai Tahiti. J'ai telephone au numero de telephone de l'agence, il n'y avait aucun repondeur humain mais juste la possibilite de laisser un message avec mon numero de telephone mais personne ne m'a rappele et donc j'ai du chercher un autre hotel pour la premiere nuit. Malheureusement tous les hotels de Rochefort etaient complets et j'ai du aller a 30mn de Rochefort (a la ville de Saintes - hotel Ibis - ou j'ai evidemment du payer la nuit d'hotel). En recontrant l'agence immobiliere le lendemain, il m'a ete explique qu'un agent de l'agence a essaye de me contacter: 1. par telephone, mais le numero n'etait pas le bon (l'agent s'etait trompe dans le numero) 2. L'agent m'a dit qu'il avait envoye un mail mais ce n'etait pas le bon (c'etait un mail d'expedia et non pas mon email personnel. De toute evidence, la procedure de check-in etait mauvaise et je demande: 1. d'etre rembourse pour la nuit d'hotel (Ibis- 107 euros) 2. une compensation pour le prejudice cause.

Appartments mit unterschiedlicher Qualität

Meine Rückmeldung bezieht sich auf die Appartements ESCALE 2, App 9 und 203. Die Apps befinden sich in einem sehr großen Gebäudekomplex, das aus verschiedenen Bauwerken besteht. Diese sind in unterschiedlich attraktivem Zustand. Manche Gebäude machen einen eher vernachlässigten Eindruck, andere sind adrett anzusehen. Die Apps stehen nach Aussage einer Mitarbeiterin von AJC Immobilier im Eigentum von Einzelpersonen. Die AJC verwaltet die Vermietung. Die genannte Apps sind Teil des Gebäudes "ESCALE 2", das insgesamt einen guten Eindruck macht. Beide Apps waren sehr sauber. App 203 war ganz frisch renoviert und äußerst attraktiv. App 9 machte einen nicht mehr ganz so frischen Eindruck. An einer Stelle war der Boden beschädigt. Beide Apps waren sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Dusche und Waschbecken befanden sich in angenehmen Zustand, ebenso die kleinen Toilettenabteilung. App 9 ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. App 203 ohne Spülmaschine aber mit Waschmaschine. App 203 besitzt einen Balkon. App 9 eine Terrasse. Beide sind mit Küche, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kochgelegenheit (keine Röhre) ausgestattet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Der Aufenthalt in ESCALE 2 war angenehm. Keine Lärmbelästigung durch Nachbarn. Allein die Straße vor dem Gebäude stellt zu Stoßzeiten eine Lärmbelastung dar. Der Bäcker ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Stellplätze sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit AJC, war sehr freundlich. Das Büro war nicht auf Anhieb zu finden.
