Room was comfortable and clean and service was fine. Nothing to complain about but nothing to get excited about either. Casino and Buffet downstairs and easy to get to. Plenty of free parking.

Cheapest possible showerhead. Toilet also dated. Sink & sink faucet fine. Plenty of space on sink countertop too. Room has a thermostat ~ & fanspeed is slightly adjustable.... but thermostat has little control over air conditioning/ comfort.

The hotel need to be updated . The air smelled like mold. My allergies started acting up. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and slagging.

Was a fast, easy check in. Great room, comfortable. Staff very helpful.

It was a great stay and a great price and love the car show and great people we will be back . Thank's

It was affordable and had the basic necessities. Nothing spectacular. They gave you minimum towels and linens. Had to ask for more immediately when we got there. The air conditioner did get very cold which was great! looong walk from elevators to our room and we were only half way down probably! overall ok

No complaints, just a nice comfy affordable stay. Really nice beds. Ac worked great. Nice view of cotton fields.

Prior to checkin, we called front desk and the hotel staff that answered was very rude. The hotel rooms need to be undated, starting with the old school box televisions. Who has those anymore? Our room's airconditioner was set to the coldest setting, yet our room felt like a hot box. Not comfortable for sleeping. The pool/courtyard area has good potential just needs to be updated.

The A/C unit wasnt working right.. we sweated our tails off. It was confusing at first to find the room.. we got told wrong directions. We wont stay there again..

Enjoyed the Buffet. Room was great after Blues Festival in Helena, AR

Our room was a little hard to find, but once we found it, it was clean and quiet and comfortable. The gambling is good - the craps dealers were very helpful and friendly. Lots of slots. Other casinos are close by also. Parking was easy in and out. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again at the reduced weekly rate.

Staff was awful, would have liked a contentinal breakfast. Everuthing wad so expensive. The room was awesome

The hotel was nice. The staff was awesome. The casino was very slow though. Not many tables were open.

Just a few miles from Memphis????? 16 miles from the city line and 40 minutes from downtown. the room was old and needed updating.

The casino was very dated. Not a very good selection of slot games. No valet in the early morning. The waitstaff was pleasant.

Hotel was fine. Bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better, and buffet was just so-so. Other than that everything was fine.

I requested a king bed non smoking for three nights but ended up with a smoking room had to have the room fumigated daily due to smoke smell. Other than that staff was helpful

....Just go in with low expectations, if you are there to gamble its just a place to sleep when your tired.
