Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.Küche und Küchenutensilien sehr ordentl..

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.Küche und Küchenutensilien sehr ordentlich und vollständig.Die Lage direkt am Hafen top, Edeka und Aldi direkt nebenan, durch die guten Fenster, hört man keine Geräusche, bei Anlieferungen oder Kundenverkehr.E-Bike können im Keller untergebracht werden, diese die zerlegbar oder zusammenklappbar sind,können im Fahrstuhl befördert werden,sonst in den Keller tragen (14 Stufen).
