The Tuscan farm house is located in the countryside ca 15km away from the beaches of Cecina Mare, has view to the sea and the hills.
There is a huge park of oaks and an own spring). The pool is 8x16m and from 1.20 to 2.40m deep.
There are two annexes, one as a pool house and the second one with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, all air conditioned.
The villa has three floors: In the basement is a tavern with pizza oven connected with a door to the garden and a stair up to the ground floor. There are three rooms connected by arches, a kitchen with direct exit to the garden and a studio with WC.
In the first floor there are three bedrooms, a big wardrobe and two bathrooms. From every window you have a panoramic view. In two of the three bedrooms is air con.
The living area with the two annexes is around 320sqm.
The garden has an automatic irrigation system which is connected to the spring.
The house is accessible by two dirt roads the main road SP13 is in a distance of ca 500m.

Unser Aufenthalt mit 11 Personen im Haus nahe Riparbella war insgesamt großartig. Hervorzuheben sind der beste Swimmingpool, den ich je benutzen durfte, die schattige Lage des geräumigen Hauses und des Esstisches unter Bäumen sowie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters Martin. Wenn man einen so schönen Aufenthalt hat, sieht man über marginale Schwächen beim W-Lan und bei wenigen Ausstattungsmerkmalen sehr gerne hinweg. Für die Fahrt zum Strand sollte man mit 25 Minuten rechnen.
