Relax and unwind at Playa Los Minos Beach! Turquoise, calm water right across the street and many other beaches within minutes as well like Playa Caleton, Playa Grande, Diamante etc. Great restaurants within walking distance and a French Bakery for fresh crossaints and bread! Great place to truly enjoy nature as Laguna Gri Gri is around the corner. Tourism office next door offers boat tours for ocean and mangroves, they also rent Jetskis, water bikes and more....
Space is 3 levels, first floor features Living Room, kitchen, laundry (washing machine), 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each)with private bathrooms, up a winding staircase to 2nd level is featured a sitting area and another bedroom with private bath. Also a door that exits out onto the rooftop area with pergola where you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The condo also includes a washing machine.
