Checkin at 15:00. Room was not ready. I speak fluent Portuguese. The doormen told me they were cleaning the apartment would take 30 mins to complete. At 15:40asked the doormen to call the apartment, they did an no one answered. I then asked one doorman to go to the apartment. He did. When he returned he claimed the apartment was clean. I asked how he knew as he had no key. He said he saw it through the keyhole! Does this mean they watch me through the keyhole?!? Anyhow, as this was obviously not true, I insisted to speak to management and the doormen called. Guess what? Apartment was not clean nor had they begun cleaning! At 16:15 we were put into another apartment until our apartment was ready. At 18:00 we moved into our apartment. HORRIBLE experience. Can not recommend this company.

This property has a great location but doesn't mean that cleaniness should be sacrificed. This is an old building but it doesn't mean that the apartment shouldn't be up kept. The paint, the furniture, the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen, the toilet were all old and dirty. There was even a roach walking on the shower curtain. I've stayed at many small old apartments in many apartments but never like this one.

Location on Avenida Atlantics is incredible. Older place that felt more like a posada than a hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

There was no water in the kitchen and I booked that property because there was washing machine. Since there was no water I couldn’t use the washing machine. At some point at night I asked if the water was back and the water was back but they had to fix something in the kitchen so we could have water. The water came back orange ALL DIRTY!! they fixed it but the kitchen got all dirty and we had to clean after they fixed plus after it was fixed there was a leak under the sink. Also, on the last day we wanted to extend our stay and they wanted to charge us a lot of fee to do it through Expedia for another room which would be way more expensive than a hotel. Bad communication and cleaning

É bom. Podia ser melhor!

O quarto é amplo e tem duas camas de casal. Isso é ótimo. A localização é maravilhosa! O ar condicionado é muito silencioso. Os porteiros são muito educados e atenciosos. Pontos negativos: o apartamento não estava limpo direito. Tinha uma garrafa de Gatorade embaixo da cama, matei aranha pequena na cama, a mesinha do quarto está bamba e, infelizmente, por não bater sol, as roupas não secam. O apartamento tem mofo e, quando entramos, o cheiro é muito forte. O aquecedor não estava funcionando e tivemos de trocar a pilha (percebo q faltou cuidado ao entregar o apartamento). No mais, o lugar atende um estadia curta, mas existem muitos pontos a melhorar. Achei o preço muito alto pro q entrega. É caro só pela localização.
