Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, foi solicitado o reparo, mas não adiantou. Acho um absurdo a cobrança para guardar as bagagens até a hora do check-in, pois isso poderia ser oferecido como uma cortesia para o hóspede, para não ter que ficar esperando horas e horas até o horário do check-in. Da mesma forma, como iriamos partir somente a noite e teríamos que sair do hotel ao meio dia, tbm foi cobrada para guardar a bagagem novamente, caso quiséssemos. A equipe da recepção acha que estamos pedindo favor para eles, pela forma que somos tratados. Quando o hóspede solicita algum serviço, ou tem que ser do jeito deles, ou não, a ponto dele oferecer a devolução do valor que o cliente pagou pela estadia, sendo que não seria apenas pelo valor pago, mas sim pelo transtorno que poderia causar caso aceitasse o estorno do valor. Pois como já estávamos no local, seria quase impossível conseguir algum outro local de forma imediata. Desta forma, eles dizem que se a gente quiser receber o valor de volta, que eles pagariam. banheiro sujo, com baratas, o serviço de quarto péssimo, pois quando entravam pra fazer a limpeza, nem sequer arrumavam as camas. Apenas trocavam as toalhas e pronto. Foi necessário fazer a reclamação na recepção para que pudesse ser feita a arrumação como tem que ser. A localização é ótima, mas o serviço e o hotel são péssimos.

O hotel é bem localizado e encontramos o quarto bastante limpo, o que contribuiu positivamente para a estadia. No entanto, dois pontos podem ser melhorados e acabaram impactando nossa experiência. A internet não funciona nos quartos. Na recepção fui informado de que o sinal depende de repetidores, o que dificulta bastante para quem precisa trabalhar ou utilizar a internet com estabilidade durante a hospedagem.
