Gostei da minha estadia no hotel, passei 4 dias, no primeiro dia meu quarto deu um probleminha liguei na recepção o atendente Flávio resolveu de imediato me trocando de quarto e me colocou em um quarto bem melhor, depois eu cheguei a ficar presa no elevador porque faltou energia, mais fiz barulho no elevador e fui resgatado poucos minutos depois Voltaria sim a me hospedar no hotel.

Excelente localização e o ponto alto é o tratamento dos funcionários. Fui super bem recepcionado no meu check in. E como ia fazer uma cirurgia ( motivo da viagem) fizeram de tudo para proporcionarem todo conforto. Certamente virou meu hotel de estadia quando for ao Rio novamente.

Encerramos nossa passagem no hotel Elegance hoje, ficamos muito satisfeitos com as instalações. Quarto limpo e grande, suíte com banheira, ar condicionado de janela mas funcionando perfeitamente, equipe de funcionários muito educados e prestativos, café da manhã completo com varias opções, o estacionamento tem vagas um pouco apertadas, mas manobrando com cuidado o uso é tranquilo. A localização é excelente com vários comércios por perto na rua do catete. Vale muito a pena estadia! Parabéns a todos os funcionários.

Hotel bem localizado com estacionamento para hóspedes incluso. Tive um problema no check-in, por alguma má comunicação do hotel com o site, não conseguiam localizar a minha reserva, me incomodou um pouco o staff me deixar de lado e atender a longa fila de pessoas atrás de mim ao invés de resolver meu problema, acabei ficando nervosa com a situação, pois o hotel não localizava minha reserva a qual eu mostrava o comprovante e recibo de pagamento e disseram não ter um canal direto com a expedia, eu como hóspede que estava ligando e tentando resolver, tendo um compromisso. Apesar do hotel pecar na estrutura do atendimento, pois só tinha 1 computador funcionando, o Flávio e a Regina se mantiveram calmos e cordiais, conduzindo a situação com graça. A Regina conseguiu enfim localizar e pediu desculpas pelo transtorno. Poucos profissionais conseguem manter a calma com um cliente nervoso. O quarto era limpo e espaçoso porém a roupa de cama e banho deixou a desejar e o chuveiro necessita de manutenção, ducha irregular. Café da manhã muito bom, organizado, atendentes muito simpáticos e atenciosos e muita variedade. No geral foi uma ótima estadia e eu voltaria com certeza.

Como fiz minha reserva pelo Hoteis.com, onde constam todos os meus dados, acho que bastaria pedir nossas identidades, imprimir as fichas e nós conferirmos e assinarmos, mas eu e minha esposa tivemos que preencher uma ficha com os dados que o Hotéis.com já possuía. A sorte foi que só nós dois estávamos na recepção. Ficamos no 205. O quarto estava muito limpo, mas o ar condicionado não funcionou. Como a noite estava fria, só tentamos ligar de manhã, quando esquentou um pouco. O controle tinha pilha, pois o display acendeu e apresentava os dados, mas não ligou o aparelho. Havia boas amenidades de banho, excelentes toalhas brancas limpas, uma banheira de hidromassagem com produto disponível para ser usado. O café da manhã é excelente: 5 tipos de suco, café, leite, iogurte, vários tipos de pães, pão de queijo, café, leite, opções quentes nos recipientes de inox, frutas cortadas e salada de frutas, queijos e frios, sendo repostos rapidamente. O salão é amplo e bem organizado. O check-out foi tranquilo e rápido. Eu voltaria.
