Welcome to your restful retreat. With 4 bedrooms this spacious villa is ideal for families, friends and small business groups looking to explore the New Forest & Dorset.

Enjoy a spacious kitchen, lounge & garden, perfect for kids & pets (1 dog permitted, we are open to extra dogs at our discretion). Use our private field down the lane for biking, ball games or a dog walk.

With parking for 3 cars and easy access to nearby trails and pubs, it's the perfect base for both relaxation & adventure.

The space
Entrance and Hallway
As you enter the hallway, you’ll find access to all other rooms. There's a console table, coat hooks, and a dog bed. To your left is a separate shower room with a toilet, double sink, and walk-in shower.

Kitchen and Dining Area
This open-plan, fully fitted kitchen features quartz worktops, an electric hob, an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine (with a washing line/airer in the back garden). A fridge/freezer is also provided. The Quooker tap offers instant hot water, and a toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cookware are all available for your use. An ironing board and iron are stored in the wardrobe of the twin bedroom.

The breakfast bar provides seating for 4, and there is a dining table with space for 4 people. The entire area is floored with laminate.

The en-suite for the master bedroom can also be accessed via the kitchen/backdoor area. This door can be locked for privacy, ensuring the master bedroom guests only access the en-suite.

Living Room
The living room is spacious and airy, with a window and patio doors leading to the front garden and patio terrace. It features a comfy sofa, chairs, a large smart TV, a coffee table, and a nest of tables. You’ll also find a selection of books for both children and adults. The room has laminated flooring with a large rug.

Bedrooms

• Master Bedroom (with en-suite):
The master bedroom is very spacious, featuring a king-size bed with plush linens and cushions. It includes a fitted wardrobe with a full-length mirror, a chest of drawers, and a smart TV. French doors open to the secluded back garden and patio area, where you'll find a small table and chairs to enjoy the sun. The modern en-suite features a fully tiled wet room with a walk-in shower, marble-effect basin with drawer storage, and a toilet. The floor is carpeted.

• Bedroom Two:
This lovely bedroom has two single twin beds, a chest of drawers, and a fitted wardrobe with large mirrored sliding doors. Both beds have built-in drawer storage. The window looks out onto the villa’s side, offering extra privacy with full-height hedges. The floor is carpeted.

• Bedroom Three:
Our third bedroom has two single twin beds, bedside tables with USB charging lamps, a chest of drawers, and a fitted wardrobe with a full-length mirror sliding door. The large window fills the room with natural light and overlooks the front garden. The floor is carpeted.

• Bedroom Four:
The fourth bedroom features a double bed with soft linens, bedside tables with small lamps on either side, and ample storage, including a floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The floor is carpeted.

Dog-Friendly
We welcome one dog free of charge, and if you'd like to bring more than one, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate them. We’re happy to discuss this with you.

We provide a large dog bed suitable for pets of all sizes, dog bowls, towels, toys, treats, and poop bags, all free for use during your stay.
