Golf course in your backyard. Quite neighborhood. Off street parking. Very spacious, fully furnished suite attached to the main house but you have your own entrance through the garage. All these spaces listed are your own space and not shared with the main house… beautiful enclosed porch, kitchen, big bedroom, huge bathroom with soaking tub, spacious living room, laundry in unit, plus another 1/2 bathroom.

This is an attached mother-in-law apartment, with no shared space.
