Enjoy an intimate and cosy room with a private bathroom, perfect for monthly bookings with a minimum of 21 nights. This accommodation is part of a family complex in a terraced house, where the host will always be available to help you. Located just 5 minutes by car from the motorway, it will allow you to comfortably explore the province of Málaga, from the eastern coast with Nerja to the historic centre of Málaga, its museums and its rich gastronomic offer. In addition, the beaches of Marbella, Torremolinos and Fuengirola are less than one hour and twenty minutes by car.



The room, bright and 14 m², features a double bed, air conditioning and heat pump heating for your maximum comfort. You can relax watching your favourite series on the smart TV or telework thanks to the desk and included wifi connection. It also has space to store your luggage and a private bathroom with shower tray.



The accommodation, with hostel category, includes buffet breakfast in the price. Cleaning is carried out every 5 days, towel changes every 3 days and bed linen changes every 6 days. In its exteriors, you will enjoy a pleasant garden with furniture for sunbathing, reading or chatting peacefully, with areas covered in green grass that invite you to relax.



Located in Torre de Benagalbón, you will be close to restaurants, sandy beaches, a golf course and bus stops, as well as having supermarkets and other services nearby. The area is ideal for families and is located in the urban centre, facilitating access to everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay.



The access path remains unchanged.



Please note that the room does not allow visits from family or friends without prior authorisation from the owner. Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner are responsible for possible water supply restrictions decreed by competent authorities. To mitigate these cases, we recommend taking out travel insurance.



As we also do in all other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, we provide towel and bed linen sets to all our accommodations. We have cots and high chairs available upon request for babies from 0 to 2 years old. And all of this, absolutely FREE.



Likewise, guests of CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided that the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it.
