The room is very nice, with a balcony giving on the sea, comfortable and very clean. The hotel seems very new. The private parking outside was ok but expensive (15€ per night) for an off season period, as there was no other car parked. The restaurant room is very nice and the food excellent. Probably the best food we had so far during this Italian trip. I will return if i am in the area and recommend it.
Staff are superb!! All the team offer the WOW factor!! Excellent english speaking reception who answer all questions there and then to support you to have a memorable, positive experience. Felt at home and very relaxed at the hotel. Gave good local advice on history, buses, taxis and resturants etc ... Excellent high quality Breakfast Buffet which changes every day. They replenish at request should anything run out. The waitress remembered I like water melon and saved the last few pieces on my last day. WOW Factor!! The Restaurant Manager wished me a Happy Birthday and shook my hand. Very touching. Free Bikes excellent for teens to have a fun activity. The Beach staff and facilities very good with showers, toilets, sunbeds, watersports, activities for kids and towels for hotel residents. Room clean with House-keeping being professional and discreet. Always remembered to leave us 3 sets of towels enough for all our family withoiut prompting. Relaxing hotel!! Best frozen yoghurt and Semi-Freddo I have ever had!!!
everything was okey. helpful staff, delicious breakfast. the pool's water is salty. The hotel guests didnt noisy, but they were adults and also young people. The view is amazing. it's good things, that the pedestrian street is so near to the hotel. There was lot of good restaurantsin the near.
Had to come here for business. This hotel is old and run down, and seriously needs renovation. Had 2 rooms booked at the annex, and switched to a suite and 1 annex room. The suite situated in the main building seemed old and in need of serious renovation, and the room smelled stale and not fresh. While the annex room looked new, the bed was absolutely uncomfortable, and the AC didn't work . Also, while this building is annexed away from the main building, safety seemed of concern, as no hotel staff were present in the annex. Staff interaction was a mixed experience . While some staff didn't speak anything but Italian, they were friendly enough and tried to help all they can. Housekeeping had an absolute disregard for the "don't disturb" sign, and would remove it and slip it under the door and act like it were never there, and barge into the room; and we were in the room to witness it! When we asked for room service, they seemed like they never heard of the concept, and when they understood, it took more than 1h30 for a simple coffee and croissant order to arrive I have to note that their hotel restaurant had excellent food, but otherwise I was quite unhappy during my business trip, which makes considering returning to vacation in Rimini a difficult decision
So far this hotel was the nicest we've stayed at. Customer service was great specially when arriving at 1:30 am. The shower was a very small and be careful to stop the tiny soap because you cannot bend down to pick it up. You will have to actually stop the shower, open the door and only then pick up the soap. The rest was fine like the ample selection of fruit and pastries for breakfast.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. First off, we were asked to pay in full right off the bat. It seemed very fishy and they could offer no explanation as to why they needed to charge us right then and there, even though we hadn't seen the room yet. Let me tell you, for the price we paid, we could have gotten a better hotel. The decor is dated and the pool area looks like breeding ground for bacteria. May I add it's right by a busy road (where I experienced a bicyclist get hit by a moving vehicle). Anyways, they had 5 floors, one elevator, fit about 4 people. However, most of the time I resorted to taking the stairs because it would take 10 minutes for the elevator to come down. Our room was small, there wasn't really a bath'room'. It was simply a piece of shaded glass and a huge clear glass door. No intimacy. At all. The door was right by the balcony, which kept me thinking if the beach goers could see me. The nightmare began that night, after sitting in the room for a good 15 minutes, I developed a stuffed nose and cough. There was so much dust it was imparing my breathing. We found a lovely housekeeper however, who told us about an 'oxygen cleaning' machine they had. After they used it in the room, some of my stuffy nose did clear up. The towels were always folded nicely however, they smelled awful, it was indescribable. To go on the beach, you had to pay nearly €15 just to have two chairs and two towels. And these chairs were FAR from the water itself. And, when we paid extra to sit by the ocean, they proceed to put us in the middle so, we lost 20 minutes talking with the hotel employees. In the end, we were told we had to pay a tax that goes to 'The city of Rimini'. We payed the tax however, we were so annoyed at all of the fees the hotel had. (My friend had asked for an iorn, that most hotels should have, however the front desk said that we could pay €5 per item and have them iorned!) I almost forgot, breakfast. It wasn't all that bad however, it was the same selection every morning. Overall, I simply don't reccomend this hotel. I am 100% sure there are better things around.
The rooms are spacious and nice; the furniture over all is ok but it needs some improvements. The breakfast is very generous, coffee was great and the services great. Choose a seaview room because the view is very nice. You can watch the sunrise directly from the balcony and you can hear the relaxing sounds of the waves.
Sea view. Good size rooms. Lots of different wifi networks just about gifts you coverage throughout the hotel. Reception staff are extremely friendly. Restaurant is also excellent - 30 types of risotto. Overall, very good value for a stay in Rimini.
I spent 3 days looking for the hotel in Rimini and I think I found the best in this price range. Very nice, clean room. I asked for a room on a higher floor, they gave me top floor with a beautiful sea view. Great breakfast compared to other 4 star hotels, that we stayed in Italy. Fresh juices, fresh fruits, great selection of croissants and cakes. After we checked out and went to the beach they let us use the spa to take a shower before the next trip. I highly recommend this Hotel.
Beautiful hotel, rooms very clean and modern. Great location. The maids who cleans these rooms have to be the best I ever came across in my travels. The breakfast was also fantastic, fresh pancakes for my teenages who absolutely love them. Staff at breakfast couldn't do enough for you and so friendly and smiley which is great first thing in the morning. I myself a Coeliac was cater for as well which is a bonus as not all hotel cater as well as this hotel. Didn't eat dinner here thou as I have teenages with me and they didn't fancy anything on the menu but saying that me and my husband would have love to try it as it look beautiful.
