Great hotel

Сам отель не плохой, но отношение к Русским ужасное, при бронировании отеля делали доплату за боковой вид на море, в итоге нас заселили в самый дальний номер от моря, на первом этаже и за кустов море было не видно, хотя отель был пустой!!! Первый раз пришли на завтрак, официантка посадила нас в самый угол, хотя ресторан большой есть места с видом на море, ладно мы подумали, мало ли что, на второй день тоже самое, и тут мы поняли всех европейцев садят на места с видом на море, а остальных в самый угол, в итоге мы ей говорим можно пересесть, она говорит все забронировано, мы перекусили стола 3 из 50 было занято??

Изрядно поездив по Италии, приехали в Римини. Сначала все было хорошо, вполне так себе для 3ки. Нормальный номер с частичным видом на море. Можно даже не обращать внимания на то, что здесь очень любят немцев (пишу такое впервые из всех моих 30 с лишним отзывов). Завтраки неинтересные. Были в других отелях 3* и в Италии, и во Франции, и в Германии... Тут как-то холодно и неуютно. Душевности не хватает) Почему пишу, что персонал ворует.. Бронировала отель через hotel.com. Перед приездом у меня умудрились снять (хотя карта кредитная) 65 евро в качестве штрафа, если я вдруг не приеду. Но я приехала. Деньги не вернули. Обнаружила это только вернувшись домой, взяв выписку из банка. Как они не понимают, что потеряют гораздо больше?!

Solides Ferienhotel für 50

Wir haben zu zweit einen 6 tägigen Aufenthalt im September 2014 verbacht. Hervorzuheben ist der ausgesprochen gute Service und die freundliche und unübertroffen hilfsbereite Art der Besitzer. Das Hotel ist in guten, aber nicht mehr so modernen Zustand. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und wegen der Reinigungsarbeiten ist ab 8 Uhr nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken. Ebenso sind die lauten Türen da nicht besonders forderlich. Wer zum Frühstück möchte, muss aber ohnehin früh aufstehen (Frühstück von 07:30 Uhr - 09:30 Uhr). Die Qualität desFrühstücks ist subjektiv. Vielleicht ist das in Italien so hinzunehmen. Wir haben es bis auf ein Mal immer ausfallen lassen. Unserer Meinung war auch die Schlafqualität während der übrigen Zeit leider nicht besonders erholsam. Die Matratze des Klappbettes (es gibt keine festen Bettgestelle) sind sehr, sehr hart (Federkern) und wahrscheinlich so auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel wohl eher für ruhige Gäste ab 50 zu empfehlen.

Leuk hotel vlak bij het strand

Lekker verblijf gehad in Hotel Palos in Viserbella. Geen tophotel, maar schone kamers, prima ontbijtbuffet en goede ligging aan het strand. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
