Me and my boyfriend spent three nights here. Modern hotel with a touch of old world charm. A great hotel which is in a very central location, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

Had a few drinks in the bar, the bartender told os that we had to pay cash since their system didn’t work. No problem, asked them to put the bill on the room. The bartender left at 22.30 and suddenly the receptionist told us that we had to pay cash the next day since the machine wouldn’t work the next day... asked us to get money from a ATM

Very central to lots of bars and restaurants and extremely close to the opera house too. The hotel rooms were very warm and cosy with plenty of hot water for showers. The breakfast area wasn't great and the food not brilliant but for the price can't complain!

Stayed here for a few days and this is a a hotel that needs to shape up. Breakfast is just getting worse and worse. and there is a bar that does not accept cards on the entrance level. The room was is small and need renovation. Wifi is very bad. Location of hotel is very central in old town with close to many bars and restaurant.

Arrived mid day on 31st December for 2 night NY break. Good hotel with a boutique slant on an old building. Friendly & very helpful Reception staff. Okay buffet breakfast. Very clean, very warm and good size bedroom and bathroom - lovely hot shower! Excellent location in quiet street in heart of Old Town. 5 - 10 mins walk to main tourist sites and many good restaurants in the immediate area. Also, only 10 mins walk from Rail Station if you want to explore the Jurmala Beach Resort Area - well worth a visit!

We choosed this place and it was not a bad choice at all, very quiet and comfortable, cozy interiors and large clean room, very suitable for visiting the city, it was a pleasant stay in Riga old town.

Nice central hotels close to restaurants and city center sights. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, but you are not bothered by noise. However the staff is weirdly distant: I don't think I ever saw a smile or heard a hello or goodbye, except at checking in and out. Breakfast was OK, but there is room for improvement...

Stayed here for 3 nights to visit Riga for the first time. Toyed with a few hotels to stay in from more expensive ones to ones with more facilities but you know what, we so made the right choice Hotel lovely and clean, bar area nice, staff friendly, bedroom clean and modern, nice little interactive map in reception to plan restaurants etc. Hotel in a lovely area with lots of good quality bars and restaurants around. The city is stunning in my opinion and if I'm honest I expected it to be far less developed than it is. It's one of the most welcoming friendly places we have been. Can't say a bad word about the hotel or Riga . We paid £180 for 3 nights bed and breakfast for 3 of us just before Christmas... You can't beat that .

Really enjoyed the stay. Nice room, good shower. Mini bar in room- not cheap but didn't use it. Breakfast was fine- local food so may not suit all, but one day when it was busy the staff seemed overwhelmed- and any food was very slow to arrive- but as on holiday, just got another coffee and relaxed. Bar area was nice- but not cheap, but most of Riga seemed to be above UK prices now. The hotel organised an airport taxi- I was wary after reading some reviews, but it was clean and efficient and £15 euros, which is exactly what a metered cab cost on way in. I would certainly return.

The room was very large and light, there was a good size bathroom , also a fridge in the room, everything was at your fingertips, but as for the service it was almost non existent, and the breakfast was very ordinary.
