In the immediate vicinity, you will find various shopping options, restaurants, a playground, a tennis court, as well as sports shops and a wellness oasis. The Riederfurka and Hohfluh chairlifts are also easily accessible. In winter, you can ski directly from the house to the base station of the chairlift and back. In summer, you can start hikes in the Aletsch region right outside your door. The building meets the Minergie standard and is based on an ecological energy concept with a ground source heat pump.
The holiday apartment "Nico" has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the rooms is equipped with a double bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink.
