Beautiful Family Home on the Lower Rideau
This is a beautiful all season home located on the Lower Rideau Lake. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open concept with a gorgeous view of the lake. The home features 4 bedrooms, which can sleep a total of 8 and a pull out couch in the downstairs rec room. The property is located on a quiet bay, natural shore line, with a dock and space for your boat. There is central air conditioning and propane heat in the winter. There are three washrooms, including a lovely ensuite off of the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full laundry room available. The home is located on the Historic Rideau System-one can boat to Kingston or to Ottawa from here. The home is located 15 min from the towns of Perth and Smiths Falls.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
