One of the main reasons we selected the property -- other than the price, relative to other area properties, was reasonable -- was that a pool and hot tub were featured on the website. Only to find out when we arrived that both were closed since covid. That's unfair advertising. Also, the area in the front of the property needs to be spruced up; it was not very inviting.

My stay was ok. When we came to check in nobody was at the desk. There were people waiting before us and they had been waiting 30 min. We later found out the lady named hailey left before her shift ended, so we all had to wait for the new shift to be checked in.

Why is it that Hotels become too comfortable after years of existence. We arrived at around 5pm and we were greeted nicely. Most hotel reception staff will make youn feel welcomed but I guess we arrived at the wrong time. We get to our room and it just had that feel of being musty. I take my shoes off with socks on and go to the window to shut the blind and instant moisture on the floor. From the air conditioner to the TV the floor was soaked. Since we did not have WIFI no TV. We were. Only there for the night so we just ignored these issues. You can tell the age of a mattress by just looking at a made bed and this one was aged. Comfortable but good for one night. This was our first stay at a Comfort Inn and probably the last too. I don’t expect too much from our stays at hotels but this was a bit too much.

Hi ftont desk rep when I checked in was a little rude and unwelcoming. The the amenities that they stated the property have was overstated. For example the pool was closed however advance notice wasn't provided, the WIFI disnt work our entire i missed some work tasks. Parking didnt accommodate my truck. My other family bed was soiled the staff showed no concern

We did not have a great experience. The bedding for the pull out couch was missing everything except one sheet: no pillows or blanket. The toilet plumbing had something horribly wrong with it. It flushed and then made super loud horrible noises, like a screaming goat! And it just kept going on and on. The breakfast was ok. The kids always like the make your own waffles, although there were only little individual syrup packs and no other toppings. It suited our purposes for one night as we were passing through.

Hazard to visitors

Smoke detector went off at 2 am, called the from desk the person made no effort or provided no solution. I had to take matters on my own to stop the alarming sound. Someone had a crying baby all night and early morning. Babies need to be on the same floor together so their crying won’t disturb guests with no children. The hotel reaked in the hallways and room the smell of marijuana everywhere.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the unacceptable condition of the room 318 where I was assigned during my recent stay at Comfort Suites on8/8/25. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, and I have never experienced such a lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic safety measures. First and foremost, there was no way to properly secure the door—the latch could not be opened from the outside, which raised significant safety concerns. Upon preparing to use the fold-out couch, I was shocked to find confetti, popped balloons, cough drops, and even a stylus inside. This clearly demonstrated that the couch had not been cleaned or inspected before my arrival. Additionally, beer cans were left on the balcony and there were excessive spiderwebs, further confirming the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The television was inoperable, preventing me from using a basic amenity I expected during my stay. The refrigerator contained puddles of water, which ruined food I had stored, including a boxed meal from Bojangles. This forced me to go out again to purchase dinner—a completely unnecessary inconvenience and added expense. These issues are unacceptable for any guest, particularly when paying for what I expected to be a comfortable and clean environment.
