A 1930’s classic kiwi villa, lovingly renovated & elegantly presented, Corokia Villa offers all the modern touches for easy indoor-outdoor living: A large kitchen - the heart of this holiday home - with cool filtered water & everything you need to prepare those lovely homemade dishes, Cozy lounge, 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice sunny office that can also be used as a 4th bedroom, & large garden & deck area with a BBQ to enjoy relaxing evenings soaking up the evening sun and looking over the Richmond hills.
Corokia Villa has a welcoming & relaxing vibe. It is located in a quiet street away from the bustle, yet so close to all the great amenities of Richmond, including shopping, dining & more in the town centre (just a short walk away) and easy road access to all the beautiful places our region has to offer - Nelson, Tasman Bay, Golden Bay, Nelson Lakes and beyond!
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

Very accommodating for children with toys and books (& dress ups!). Our 4& 6 year old boys were very happy in their room.The house was really spacious. The kitchen was huge with everything we needed. The layout of the house was excellent, particularly the laundry right by the back door, and having 2 showers and 2 toilets. Great to have a fold out bed in the office as an extra bed.

Gorgeous Cottage
We were absolutely blown away by this gorgeous cottage. It had everything we needed for our week long stay, and we were very comfortable. The kids room and toys were very welcomed by my 3 year old daughter who quickly made herself at home. The location was fantastic, close to the local shops, and a great base to explore the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Richmond area. Thank you!

Our stay at the Classic Kiwi Villa was perfect…the home away from home we needed during our stay in Richmond. Throws, cushions, outdoor seating and contemporary decor to name a few of the extra home comforts. Quiet and central…just a short walk to the shopping centre for a fresh sourdough loaf in the morning. Cannot speak highly enough of our stay…thank you!!
