Comfortable detached house with garden and private parking

Single storey house of 70 square meters, therefore suitable for people with reduced mobility, with a large sunny terrace, a garden as well as two parking spaces and a garage for storing bicycles, motorcycles, skis, stroller...
Ideally located, this cottage is on the edge of the vineyards, quiet, while being only two minutes walk from downtown Ribeauvillé.
It has a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, open to the living room with fireplace and directly overlooking the terrace furnished with garden furniture. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an independent WC.
In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 50 corresponding to the cleaning package "end of stay", payable upon arrival.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.
I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival. If you are interested in this option, could you let me know by email or by phone on 06 08 11 21 93.

Perfecte gîte

Wij hebben heel erg genoten. Locatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de Elzas en in het dorp is alles te voet bereikbaar. Veel leuke winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. De gîte van Anne is perfect, goed uitgerust met een fijn terras. Je loopt aan de ene kant zo de wijnvelden in en de andere kant het centrum. Anne is heel hartelijk en zorgzaam. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Great location

Great location for visiting this area. It is within walking distance of the main street with many restaurants and shops, but in a relatively quiet area. Anne was a great and friendly host; many thanks for the wine and the bretzels. Highly recommended.

A lovely spot

This was a wonderful holiday rental for us. The gite was charming, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. All the appliances worked well, and we had everything we needed. The kitchen had an impressive variety of cooking utensils, but without the clutter. Parking, as well as access to the gite, was easy and convenient. It was a very short walk to the town, but remote enough that we weren't bothered by tourists when things got busy. We loved Ribeauville as well. It's close to so many other charming towns, but still remains our favorite. There are lots of walks in all directions, and we found a friendly local atmosphere at the times when there aren't so many tourists. The owners are very nice, kind people. We stayed for ten days and didn't want to leave.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei tollem Wetter. Anne hst uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und war bei Fragen immer für uns da. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war top.Die Lage ist toll, nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt. Die Verkehrsgeräusche der nahen Straße sind je nach Fahrzeug ab und zu zu hören. Insgesamt bewerten wir 5 Sterne, vor Allem der freundliche und prompte Service von Anne sind hervorzuheben

Super séjour en Alsace, la région est magnifique.Le logement est très bien placé, deux minutes à pied du centre de Ribeauvillé et proche de les sites incontournables de l'Alsace. Anne est une personne très attentionnée, à l'écoute qui veut nous faire découvrir sa région avec de bons conseils. Je n'ai jamais eu d'accueil aussi chaleureux, encore merci Anne Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, on s'y sent bien.

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours dans cette charmante maison et nous en sommes ravis ! L'hôte a été d'une grande gentillesse et nous a donné de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région. Le logement était parfaitement équipé et très bien situé pour visiter l'Alsace et ses marchés de Noël environnant.
