On the ground floor of each of our 8 villas, which are 140 square meters each, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, dining room and a spacious modern living room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom as well as one separate bathroom.

On the ground floor of our unique 260 sqm villa, there is a living room with a fireplace along with a kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, while one of them contains an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC with bathtub and shower while the top floor comes with a sea view bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a garden.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
A deposit of 300EUR(by cash or credit card) upon check in is required in order to prioritize the safety, comfort and wellbeing of our guests. As a standard policy, smoking, extra people and parties are strictly prohibited in all of our villas. The deposit will be held in case of breaking the policy, otherwise on the day of your departure the deposit will be returned to you by cash or by credit card takes around 1 month for the refund.
