The staff were friendly but there is no reception desk , no check in with a person and no lift Also the hotel is not in a good location. It is on the outskirts of Speyer and you need a car to get into the town centre.

Wir waren vor fünf Jahren schon einmal für zwei Nächte hier. Glücklicherweise hat sich nichts zum Negativen gewendet. Der Empfang war überaus freundlich. Sollte man Informationen benötigen, bekommt man sie schnell. Als Reisende mit PKW schätze ich den kostenlosen Parkplatz. Ebenso die Bus-Anbindung (Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus) Richtung Fußgängerzone, die es einem abends ermöglicht, das Auto stehen zu lassen. Zur Nacht kann man sich im Erdgeschoß noch mit Getränken oder Snacks versorgen. Wir mögen es gern, wenn man das Fenster im Zimmer öffnen kann. Das Frühstück umfaßt so viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten - da wird jeder fündig. Toll auch, daß der Kaffee noch in der Thermoskanne auf den Tisch kommt. So muß man nicht für jede Tasse an einem Automaten Schlange stehen. Sollte es uns noch einmal in diese Gegend verschlagen, entscheiden wir uns mit Sicherheit wieder für diese Unterkunft.

Tolles familiäres modernes Hotel

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben noch Tipps zum Essen gehen bekommen. Nach dem Essen gehen haben wir den Lounge/Snack-Raum genutzt - das sollten alle Hotels anstatt Minibars so machen! Dann sind wir auf das kleine, sehr feine Zimmer gegangen und haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war ein weiteres Highlight.. alles Frisch und selbst gemacht, tolle Auswahl (z.b. auch eine Katerfrühstück-Ecke mit Nudelsuppe), weit über 3*S Niveau. Die Menschen waren durch die Bank freundlich und man hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt (nicht so wie anonyme Massenkundschaft), wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder her :)

We stayed in the apartment across the street from the hotel. Very spacious and clean. Parking space ok. Breakfast in the hotel building, tasty and child friendly. Easy to reach from the autobahn. Quiet street located in the suburbs. Self-service kiosk also in the hotel building. Wi-Fi worked ok. COVID measures strict, so it was safe to be there. Nice and friendly staff that spoke to English as well.

A nice centrally located apartment for a family.

This was a very well situated hotel in the middle of the old town. It had a nice layout and was equipped with all necessities of a durable stay. Definitely recommended.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel, awesome service and very clean. A little out of town but we had free parking and the bus service was right outside the front door if you wanted to use public transportation to get to Speyer center! Would highly recommend!
