Paint peeling from all windows. Leaking faucet. Could not fully stand up except in front of tv. Very strong smell of drain water. Sink drains very very slow. Cannot fully close windows. Sheets & towels were clean.

We really liked the room size and the private bathroom. Bed was comfortable. We were unable to open the front door using the access code provided to us via email, but it worked for the back door. The drapes in the room should extend over the entire window, but they do not. Overall a very good stay despite some minor issues.

Poor communication regarding code for entering guesthouse. Breakfast was ordinary quality. Worst of all there was a foul odor of fish or some weird food and the bathrooms had a sulfur type odor. No exhaust system. Beds were okay. No managerial help other than on the phone.

Was here for a one night stay, this place is charming and is all self check in. Walkable in the area and we were able to park the car directly in front. Our private bathroom was very small and tight, and the water temp fluctuated, but all in all a good stay!

No staff to meet. Check in was super simple! It is however on a major roadway. Shared bathroom facilities which I felt was a bit strange. Water did smell like sulphur. First time I smelled that in the wash but it wasn’t super strong. Average overall.

When i previously stayed at this property a couple of years ago I thought it was excellent and was looking forward to staying again. Unfortunately I was allocated room 3C where it was not possible to see the views as the windows had frosted glass. One window was in very poor condition as it was rotten with small insects in the rotten wood and did not stop the drafts or the noise from the road below. Also the excellent breakfast is now not available until June.
