Very poor customer service. Our flight was unexpectedly canceled, making it impossible for us to reach the property, yet the host refused any refund or consideration. We contacted them immediately, as did Expedia customer service, and provided all requested documentation explaining the situation. Despite this, they showed no flexibility or compassion. To make matters worse, we continued receiving messages saying “time to check in” and “hope you enjoyed your stay,” even though we never arrived. An extremely disappointing experience and not the level of understanding you’d expect from a hospitality provider
