Good location, possible to walk to city center, super nice dining room with big windows and warm floor, kitchen was equip well enough to cook lunch for family. October it was possible to find free parking from two blocks away. Owner should clean bit better (some dust + trash on floor)

清潔で安全な施設でした。街の中心やBSIバスセンターまでは徒歩で10－15分程度です。
周辺に飲食できる場所はほとんどないです。
アーリーチェックインやレイトチェックアウトはほぼできないようですし、フロントがないので荷物預かりもできないので、到着・出発時間によっては荷物管理の面でやや不便かもしれません。
電子レンジ・洗濯機はありませんでした。タオルは宿泊日数に関わらず1名1枚でした。
ホテルではないので、チェックインやごみの始末、かぎの受け取りなど少々戸惑うこともありましたが、近くに安いスーパーマーケットもあり、物価の高いアイスランドでは、簡単なものなら自炊で食費を節約することもできる使い勝手の良い施設だと思います。

Short walk BSI station and Center
