"The property was clean and you were entitled to fresh towels every other day. In the shower, water leaked considerably into the room itself. It seemed that the slope in the shower was not angled enough to keep more of the water going to the drain. The elevator broke down and although they fixed it within 24 hours, we were in the 5th floor and the stairs were difficult for older people. Then, my travelling companion got stuck in it and had to ring for emergency for help (which was quick in it's response). Parking for overnight could be a challenge. All in all, few were happy with our stay."
