We had a wonderful family reunion at the Farmhouse! Celebrating 2 grandsons birthdays was so fun with rental sports equipment from BYUI Outdoor Resource Center, and the property of the farmhouse was the perfect place to set it all up. The house was large and spacious, the kitchen perfect for preparing meals for 17 of us! Thanks to Matt for the great house!

We traveled from Washington state and parts of Idaho to gather as a family for Christmas. The owner had a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations ready, which enhanced the holiday vibe. Very spacious and quiet setting. We enjoyed ping-pong, foosball, and the media room, along with playing board games as a family while looking out the many windows at the snow covered farm land. Made for a very pleasant "White Christmas." We also spent a lot of time gathered around the extremely large kitchen island which kept everyone connected during meal prep. The layout of the home made it easy for each family member to find their comfortable space. There were raging ping-pong battles going on in the basement at the same time folks took an undisturbed nap in the upstairs bedrooms. Nice!Full disclosure: There were a few minor challenges that were addressed quickly by the owner, Matthew. E.g. Arrived to find a broken ping-pong paddle and table which was fixed with C-clamps and by Matthew delivering a new ping-pong paddle set. A dead lightbulb in the master bathroom toilet closet. Missing dishwasher soap. Again, all quickly and efficiently rectified by Matthew. (Thank you!)We highly recommend this home if you need a comfortable place to stay in Madison county. Lovely!!
