Not that easy to find. Hotel was fairly new so was well presented. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was clean and tidy but bed was hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent with huge choice of food. The restaurant was not open evenings. The underground parking was excellent and totally secure. Just as well as the area had a low level ambience.

Was good for us as we were only staying on night we were traveling home nect day via reus airport.lovely cafe just 2 mins down road from hotel great food drink coffee etc only thing not impressed by hotel towels v poor quality otherwise room spacious clean and v quiet

The people are all very friendly, but the rooms need a little bit more investment in terms of comfort - a wastebasket, shower fittings that cost more than a couple euros so that they don't break, not to mention a mini fridge and/or a kettle. No complaints at all about the service, though.

Standard type hotel with parking for motorbike in hotel garage for 6 Euros extra. No comment in breakfast as we went to local cafe. Wifi didn't work in room so had to go down to reception

Clean and comfortable, well located

Reasonable hotel, everything was clean, tidy and in good condition. Service was pleasant. The main advantage was parking nearby and only a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Reus which is a surprisingly nice town. Was only there for one night so can't give a great deal of info, just that it is a trouble free place to stay but nothing overwhelming. I have also stayed at another Sercotel which was equally very clean and tidy so I presume they maintain good standards as a chain. The hotel is only about 2 miles from Reus airport, I'd argue that with only a rucksack to carry it would be a alkable hotel from the airport.

Great first eperiense of Reus.

Couldn't have been more suitable. Main bus station across the road. Easy walking to town centre and other requirements. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. Quite. Just good value. No pool or sun terrace but not looking for those facilities on this occasion. 20 minutes bus ride to Salou if that's your thing.

Clean hotel but poor facilities

We used the hotel as a stop over on the way to southern spain. The hotel was very clean but the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a problem. Also, despite notices to the contrary the restaurant/cafe was closed when we arrived around 7pm. Breakfast was ok though and included in the very reasonable room rate.

Estancia Maravillosa

La estancia fue maravillosa. Es un hotel que admite mascotas de hasta 10 kilos, con un parque justo enfrente. No hay restricción en cuanto al horario de entrada/salida para que las mascotas hagan sus necesidades, habiendo siempre una persona en recepción por si ocurre algo. Personal muy atento. Nos avisaron en cuanto hicimos la reserva que no les funcionaba el aire acondicionado, dándonos ventajas por ese servicio que no se iba a realizar.

Les ascenseurs sont extrêmement longs à attendre. On fini par prendre les esacliers. Pour le tarif, il y a des détails qui ne passent pas : le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, la lunette des WC bougeait,... Le cache de la télécommande était manquant.. Les piles n'étaient pas de tomber... Bref, des petites choses qui font que les détails ne sont pas suivis.... Dommage.
